★ ★ ★ ★ ★ v této prodejně jsem zakoupila před rokem a půl běžky, nyní kolo.
Prodejci dovedou dobře poradit, zákazníkovi se věnují. Když jsem řekla, že kolo kupuji, přišlo mi, že celkem opadl zájem od prodejce... a rekl, ze toho maji moc, takze jestli chci na kole hned odjet, tak si blatníky namontuji sama. a dal mi k tomu vse co bylo potreba. Bohužel šrouby k tomu kolu moc nesedeli, nefungovalo mi zamknutí odpružení vidlice a při nejtěžším převodu kolo nevydávalo zrovna fajn zvuky...
Dnes jsem ale prodejnu navštívila znova, na počkání mi byly namotovány blatníky, a opraveno vše co mi na kole zlobilo. Takže dávám pět hvězd :) s přístupem jsem byla ve finále spokojena a s kolem jsem také :)

Salespeople can give good advice, they pay attention to the customer. When I said that I was buying a bike, it occurred to me that the interest from the seller had completely waned ... and he said that they have a lot of it, so if I want to leave the bike right away, I will install the fenders myself. and he gave me everything I needed to do. Unfortunately, the bolts did not fit very well to the wheel, the locking of the fork suspension did not work for me, and during the most difficult transmission, the wheel did not make very good noises ...
Today, however, I visited the store again, my fenders were wound up while I was waiting, and everything that made me angry on my bike was repaired. So I give five stars :) I was satisfied with the approach in the final and I am also with the bike :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Obchod doporučuji! Objednala jsem běžky s vázáním. Druhý den mi paní volala, ujišťovala se, jestli jsem vybrala správné běžky-váha apod. a jestli chci nastavit rovnou i vázání. Velmi milá komunikace a pro mě překvapivé jednání. Odborný servis. Zboží mi bylo doručeno hned další den. ? za mě velké díky!

za účelem zakoupení 2 elektrokol Apache MATTO v celkové ceně 96.000.- Kč. V prodejně jsem byl sám s manželkou. Personál v počtu min. 4 osob si ale žil svým životem a nás si nevšímal. Jeden se smál do telefonu, další ťukal SMS a další dělali, že nás nevidí. Asi po 10 minutách stání u kola, které jsme měli vyhlédnuté, jsem to již nevydržel a šel za jedním z nich a zeptal se kde je majitel. Nevěděl. A kdy jsem mu vytknul, že si nás nikdo nevšímá, tak bez omluvy řekl: tak povídejte. To už na nás bylo moc a z prodejny jsme jednou provždy odešli.
Ještě drobnost. Den před naší návštěvou jsem na web.stránce této firmy odeslal dotaz v rubrice " Ptejte se, my Vám odpovíme " na to, jestli je kolo k vidění a kde. Nestál jsem jim ješte 23.8. za odpověď.
Obdivuji ty šťastlivce, kteří jsou v tomto obchodu spokojeni. Já bych tento odborný personál odborně rozehnal bičem do polí.

for the purchase of 2 Apache MATTO electric bikes for a total price of CZK 96,000. I was alone in my shop with my wife. Min. But 4 people lived their lives and ignored us. One laughed on the phone, the other tapped the SMS and the other did not see us. After about 10 minutes of standing by the bike we had been looking for, I could not stand it and went to one of them and asked where the owner was. He didn't know. And when I reproached him that no one was noticing us, he said without excuse: so talk. That was too much for us and we left the store once and for all.
Still a little thing. The day before our visit, I posted a question on the webpage of this company in the "Ask, we will answer" section on whether the bike is visible and where. I haven't stood them yet 23.8. for answer.
I admire the lucky ones who are happy in this store. I would professionally scour these professional staffs in the fields.
