I cannot judge the quality of the work done by Dane-Germany, because we have never been able to get the company to do any work. p. Hribalová from the company Dane-Germany I spoke for the first time at the end of 02/2020. She didn't really communicate with me for 3 months. Despite the fact that she initially confirmed that she could help me with my situation, she never properly explained the procedure for drawing up the return, she never sent a price offer, she never committed to the date of the return. It should have been enough reason for me to start looking for services elsewhere. Unfortunately, I still believed that this was just a coincidence, time constraints, etc. When I tried to get any information about the procedure for drafting the confession, I had to initiate communication. The company did not show any interest, no activity. I never felt like I was important to them as a customer. What strikes me most, however, is that without any contract or other document regulating the legal relationship between the company and me as a customer, documents containing a lot of personal data (documents that were used to prepare a return) without my permission managed and stored with each other in the local repository. It is clear that in this way Dane-Germany has violated the Personal Data Protection Act (GDPR). I definitely do not recommend, save time and energy.

Behavior very arrogant, work not done, money required in advance and of course refuses to return. The promise that the tax return will be ready by the end of May is mid-July, and I still don't have a comma in my hand. I have not experienced anything worse. JE December 2020 To this day, my money has not been refunded and I have not even received a processed tax return !!! Due to the cooperation of professionals, I managed everything properly and on time, but everyone should watch out for you!

It's been about 8 months since I waited for my tax return, which I had done here in this company. As for the initial cooperation, everything was in perfect order, but as soon as I sent the money, all communication ended, at least on their part. With the fact that I went there in person after a few months to explain to me where the problem is and I only learned that I have to wait like everyone else and I was still annoyed that I have to make an appointment to make an appointment, but it is not possible because of you your super no communication .. But what stopped me was the gentleman who works there does not even know where he actually sent it. However, next time it pays to file a tax return elsewhere. I hope that this company will see it and start doing something about it once they have been paid. If not they will start dealing with a lawyer. Have a nice rest of the day :)
