I go here for a beauty treatment for over a year every two months to a very handy, kind and professional Mrs. Simunova and I highly recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I never wrote neither bad or good reviews but this time i'm really disappointed with the service and the way they treated me.
I guess they thought I don't speak Czech so I would not complain.
The man moved my head and used the comb as I was a doll and never said "sorry", even when I complained, he left me three times without saying anything to go out to speak by phone and once to change his car's parking place, more than five minutes.
I asked him several times to cut more and he just didn't answer and when he considered he has finished and I asked again to cut a bit more he just said "no" with really impolite face.
Then, when I paid, he didn't want to give me the change.
