Salón je moc útulný a čistý. Určitě se staneme pravidelnými klientkami. Today I was with my sister for the first time and we are completely satisfied. A very nice young lady took us, even though we were not ordered. We have our nails exactly as we imagined. The salon is very cozy and clean. We will definitely become regular clients.

Nechala jsem si udělat nehty ve tvaru stilleto, čili dlouhé, do špičky. Nehty široké, i přes prosbu je zúžit se pán, který mi nehty dělal jen rozčiloval, že to nejde, přitom kdekoliv jinde mi to bezproblému udělali. Zároveň jsem chtěla nehty "trošku" zkrátit, říkala jsem o odrost, ale nehty byly zkráceny min. o polovinu. Nemluvím o hygieně. Pán mi pilníkem sedřel kůži pod asi 4 prsty a pod jedním takovým způsobem, že mi tekla krev a jediné, čeho se mi dostalo, byl otrávený pohled a když jsem požádala o dezinfekci, tak mi to pán polil acetonem a rozfoukal do toho prach z nehtů, což bylo nepříjemné ještě víc. Takže pokud chcete pravé, nefalšované, nekvalitní vietnamské nehty, díky kterým budete mít podřenou kůžičku a celkově kůži kolem nehtů a které budete chtít co nejdřív sundat, tak jděte sem. Nemluvím o otravných pohledech ostatních zaměstnanců a známých od nich. Nice staff at first glance, but that was the only positive thing. An unprofessional approach that I haven't seen in a long time. I had my nails made in the shape of a stilleto, or long, to the tip. My nails are wide, despite the request, the gentleman who did my nails was just annoyed that it didn't work out, while they did it to me without any problems. At the same time I wanted to shorten the nails "a little", I said about the growth, but the nails were shortened min. by half. I'm not talking about hygiene. The gentleman filed my skin under about 4 fingers and under one in such a way that my blood flowed and the only thing I got was a poisoned look, and when I asked for disinfection, the gentleman poured acetone over it and blew dust from my nails. which was annoying even more. So if you want real, unadulterated, low-quality Vietnamese nails, thanks to which you will have a scratched skin and overall skin around the nails and which you will want to remove as soon as possible, then come here. I'm not talking about the annoying views of other employees and acquaintances from them.
T	Tereza Gízová on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Já bych se tedy ráda podělila s hrůzostrašným výsledkem mych nehtů ze dne 30.7.2021. Byly tam jedna slečna a paní. Slečna působila velmi mile, avšak přístup paní byl neprofesionální. Při stříhání kůžičky mi paní ustřihla kus kůže do masa, následně mi do toho nanesla aceton a vůbec neresila, ze mi nehet krvaci, nanesla mi na nej akorát vrstvu nejakeho přípravku proti krvácení a prach z mych nehtů. Poprosila jsem ji, zda by mi mohla dat nějakou dezinfekci, koukala na mě, ze vůbec neví o co se jedna, načež se vložila do diskuze mlada slečna, která mě uklidnila, že přípravek proti krvácení ma i dezinfekční účinek. Paní neměla ani tolik slušnosti, aby se omluvila. Poprosila jsem ji o vytvoření jednoduchého vzoru na nehtech, po čtvrtém nepovedem pokusu jsem ji řekla ze chci jen ciste nehty s nanesenou barvou bez vzoru. Paní ukončila svou práci v polovine, za nehty mi nechala nánosy materiálu, a takto prosím jsem odchazela domů s jejími slovy, ze mi teda dá alespoň stovku slevu (alespoň teda něco). Bohužel i tak za tu cenu, prace úplně zbytečná a k ničemu. Nepisu často spatne recenze, avšak tohle me opravdu šokovalo. Neznam paní majitelku, každopádně by si měla uvědomit koho zaměstnává, jelikoz takovýto člověk děla jméno jejímu salonu. Salon už nikdy znovu nenavštívím a pevne verim, ze se alespoň tato recenze dostane k majitelce salonu. So I would like to share with the terrifying result of my nails from July 30, 2021. There was a young lady and a lady. The young lady looked very nice, but the lady's approach was unprofessional. While cutting my skin, the lady cut a piece of skin into my flesh, then applied acetone to it and did not solve the nail bleeding at all, just applied a layer of some anti-bleeding product and dust from my nails. I asked her if she could give me a disinfectant, looked at me for not knowing what it was all about, and then a young lady intervened in the discussion, reassuring me that the anti-bleeding product also had a disinfectant effect. The lady didn't even have the decency to apologize. I asked her to create a simple pattern on her nails, after the fourth failed attempt I told her that I just wanted clean nails with applied paint without a pattern. The lady finished her work in the middle, she left the deposits of material behind my nails, and so I went home, so with her words, that she would give me at least a hundred discount (at least something). Unfortunately, even at that price, the work is completely useless and useless. I don't often write bad reviews, but this really shocked me. I don't know the owner, she should realize who she employs, anyway, because such a person makes a name for her salon. I will never visit the salon again and I firmly believe that at least this review will reach the owner of the salon.
