★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nejhorší zkušenost v autobazaru, co jsem zažila. Vědí, že má přijet vážný zájemce, auto stojí několik měsíců a samozřejmě v první řadě nešlo nastartovat. Při jízdě Golfem plus 1.4Tsi jsme najeli na obchvat, auto v dezolátním stavu, nejelo víc jak 90km/h, brzdy drhly, klepal se volant a ve finále začly brzdy kouřit, že nebylo uvnitř skoro vidět. Při příjezdu zpět na pobočku, mi prodejce tvrdil, že to nic není, že to pozítří bude opraveno pokud si pro to přijedu, moje reakce byla, že by to měli opravit stejně i tak, ale on řekl, že na to není čas. Každopádně po této zkušenosti jsem odjela a s takovým přístupem i k zákazníkům se již doufám nesetkám.
The worst car dealership experience I've ever had. They know that a serious applicant has to come, the car has been standing for several months and, of course, it was not possible to start in the first place. While driving the Golf plus 1.4Tsi, we drove to the bypass, the car was in desolate condition, it did not drive more than 90km / h, the brakes rubbed, the steering wheel knocked and in the final the brakes started to smoke, that it was almost invisible inside. Upon arrival back at the branch, the salesman told me that it was nothing, that it would be fixed the next day if I came for it, my reaction was that they should fix it anyway, but he said there was no time for that. Anyway, after this experience, I left and I hope I will not meet with such an approach to customers.
