★ ★ ★ ★ ★ maximalna nespokojnost a sklamanie, pobocka v Moskovskej disponuje s ciernovlasou pani, predviedla taku davku nekompetentosti a arogancie (jedla pizzu kym so mnou komunikovala), ze bohuzial tuto firmu mozem hodnotit len na zaklade komunikacie s klientom. I ked ponukaju kalkulaciu ceny na zaklade bezplatnej diagnostiky v servisnom centre, dotycna pani musi byt expert v obore, kedze bez diagnostiky a znalosti obsahu disku mi oznamila, ze ak je to vacsi disk, bude to ma to stat minimalne 10 000 CZK. Takze som predajnu opustila aj s diskom, aby si na nom nahodou nenaservirovala pizzu :( Skusim inde.

Even if they offer a price calculation based on free diagnostics at the service center, the lady in question must be an expert in the field, since without diagnostics and knowledge of the disc content, she told me that if it is a larger disc, it will cost at least 10,000 CZK. So I left the store with a disc to accidentally serve pizza on it :( I'll try elsewhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Na svých webových stránkách mají ceník, kde dle nich nejjednodušší úkony začínají "od 1 000 Kč" a nejsložitější "od 5 000 Kč", diagnostika zdarma. Nicméně po příchodu na provozovnu a mém prostém sdělení, že přenosný 640GB disk co přináším nejde načíst, se mi pán zeptal , aniž se na disk podíval, zda na disku mám důležitá data, protože oprava bude stát minimálně 10 000 Kč. Na můj dotaz, zda by nebylo lepší to diagnostikovat a pak až říci cenu, řekl, že ta diagnostika je dost zbytečná, pokud pak do toho nechci dát těch minimálně 10K, možná prý od 8K, kdyby to nebylo hardwarové. Tak jsem mu ušetřil tu zbytečnou diagnostiku, co by ho vyrušila z posedávání v prázdném krámě...

When asked if it would not be better to diagnose it and then say the price, he said that the diagnostics is quite useless, if I don't want to put at least 10K into it, maybe from 8K, if it wasn't hardware. So I saved him the unnecessary diagnosis that would disturb him from sitting in an empty shop ...
