★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Po té co jsem prošel celé Dačice abych sehnal paměťovou kartu, tak jsem skočil v Datartu, kde právě otevírali a protože všude jinde měli zavřeno/dovolenou tak mě tu zachránili. Oblsuha byla příjemná a vstřícná a se vším mi pomohli ?
 After I went through the whole Dačice to get a memory card, I jumped in Datart, where they were just opening and because they were closed / vacation everywhere else, they saved me here. The service was pleasant and helpful and they helped me with everything ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do Datartu už nikdy! Obsluha hrůza. Než si vás nikdo všimne, tak to raději vzdáte a jdete jinam. Což je ale dobře protože aspoň tam neutratite jelikož je to nejdražší elektro prodejen v celé České republice.
Never to Datart again! Service horror. Before no one notices you, you'd better give it up and go somewhere else. Which is good, because at least you won't spend it there because it's the most expensive electrical store in the whole Czech Republic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ To si koupíte nový mobil a doma zjistíte, že nefunguje. Jedete ho druhý den vrátit nebo vyměnit. To takhle u nás nefunguje. To my musíme poslat na reklamaci. Dost mě to šokuje ještě dnes, protože my mobil nepoškodili. Tak ho za dva týdny poslali opravený. Oprava spočívala ve výměně celého jádra. Mobil fungoval 4hodiny. Opět jsme jeli do obchodu a opět ho poslali na opravu.
Dnes mi přišla zpráva, že reklamace je vyřešena zase opravou.
Jsem z toho už dost otrávená a znechucená.
You buy a new cell phone and find out at home that it doesn't work. You will return or exchange it the next day. That's not how it works here. We have to send it for the complaint. I'm quite shocked today, because we didn't damage the cell phone. So they sent him repaired in two weeks. The repair consisted of replacing the entire core. The cell phone operated for 4 hours. We went to the store again and sent him in for repair.
Today I received a message that the complaint is resolved by repair.
I'm pretty annoyed and disgusted by this.
