I have two completely different experiences. A few years ago, I was there about 2-3 with my brother on a small boat ride (without the need for captain's exams) and the service was excellent, positive and amazing, we always enjoyed it. Now I was there in the summer and the experience (other service) was terrible. I gladly took my girlfriend to show her. Mr. arrived angrily and pretended that we were just bothering him. Communication is zero, he was silent for most of our efforts for some conversation, then he showed angrily that we would interfere with his instructions on the way to the ship, etc. It was very unpleasant and especially after the last great experience incomprehensible. Then he showed us in a very arrogant and set style how to operate the ship. It all seemed to us that some kind of embarrassed lampasak had taught us like a war. According to him, I got on the boat badly, badly bad, badly ... completely disgusted us with enthusiasm and the first tens of minutes of the ride. We had the impression that we would do something wrong and he would get upset. If I approached clients in such a horrible way, I would no longer have them. Unfortunately, this also applies to you. I'm just getting a captain's exam license and I was looking forward to how we sometimes rent a boat from you. I no longer have the slightest taste. It was completely ruined by one of your colleagues.
