Sportovci mezi regály
S nápadem nabízet vybavení pro všechny sporty pod jednou střechou přišla parta sedmi mladých nadšenců na severu Francie v polovině sedmdesátých let. Dnes zákazníci naše pobočky bezpečně poznají díky přátelskému prostředí a možnosti vyzkoušet většinu výrobků přímo na místě.
Hlavním trumfem každé naší prodejny je však její tým tvořený aktivními a nadšenými sportovci. Na žádné z nich nenarazíte na „prodavače a podavače“, ale na sportovní poradce, kteří se s vámi rádi podělí o rady i vlastní zkušenosti. Výrobky ostatně často vyzkoušeli na vlastní kůži, což odpovídá i mottu našeho zakladatele Michela Leclercqa: „Chceš-li zákazníkovi co nejlépe poradit, jdi si s ním zasportovat.”
To platí dodnes, i když od té doby Decathlon vyrostl a dnes má více než 1 600 prodejen v 60 zemích světa. V České republice jsme první prodejnu otevřeli v roce 2010 v Liberci a v současnosti jich máme 25. Rozhodně to ale není konečné číslo, protože svým zákazníkům se chceme co nejvíce přiblížit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The newest store in Brno!. It's under the Globus supermarket, its smaller than Decathlon Modřice (Next the Olympia Shopping) and the main advantage is that you don't have to pay extra for transportation, because Decathlon Modřice is ou of zona 100/101 bus.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nicely sorted shop. For me, it makes me sense than the other Brno's shop. It is a little bit smaller, but everything important is in there at the first sight. Very nicely connected to the rest of the shopping center.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brilliant store for sporting goods, don't expect brand names. Here you get Decathlon's branded stuff. Just beware, kids sizes are a little on the small side, my 7 year old fits the 10 year old clothes and she is small for 7!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bike service is tragic here. They've managed to tear down a thread on my hydraulic brake during a regular maintenance. I had been waiting for the spare part for 7 weeks just to find out that they ordered a brake with a different mount. Then I decided that I will do it myself to avoid waiting and while I was installing a new brake I noticed they tear down also a thread on the carbon fork. They even forgot to give me some original parts for the broken brake when I received my bike and I have been waiting for them to this date. I haven't received any response to my emails.
A very unprofessional team, I would not let these people even to fix a flat tire.
