Active attitude of the staff, good accessibility from the center and always a parking place. At Deichmann cheap shoes that meet my requirements and especially every season I buy new models.

Při koupi se na Vás usmívají, ale při řešení problémů jako vrácení zboží den po prodeji či výměně za menší velikost s Vámi jednají jako se zloději, nechtějí s Vámi NIC mít a ihned odkazují na ČOI. Prvně Vás nechají podepsat reklamaci s tím že v pořádku vymění a po podpisu Vás odkážou do pr*** a udělají z Vás ke všemu lháře. Jednání obsluhy otřesné.

Podle vedení Deichman (odborně proškolený personál) ?! Leda ve snu
ATTENTION! The behavior of the operator is appalling.
