Dokud nechcete něco reklamovat, tak v pohodě.
Vedoucí i ve zcela relevantních případech reklamace automaticky zamítá na místě, bez konzultace s někým, kdo tomu alespoň vzdáleně rozumí (není to jen můj názor) a odůvodnění píše s gramatickými chybami.
