★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jakž takž výběr, s kvalitou vesměs problém nebyl. Horší je to s obsluhou. Paní mě při výměně zboží neopomněla upozornit, že příště nejdřív na pokladnu, abych nevypadal jako zloděj. Na fakt, že mám účtenku, nedošlo. Paní mlela stále stejnou.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nejhorší přístup při reklamaci, který jsem v životě zažil. Po 6 měšících a z toho tak měsíc a půl nošení, mi praskla podrážka. Při reklamaci se na ně prodavačka podívala a řekla, že obuv reklamovat nelze i když je na ní 24 měsíců záruka. Chtěl jsem aby boty zaslala na reklamaci, ale ona že je nikam posilat nebude, že byla proškolena, že o reklamaci rozhoduje ona. Chtěl jsem zavolat vedoucí a domluvit se na postupu. Na to mi řekla, že ona je vedoucí a už rozhodla, že mám odejít. Tohle je moje osobní zkušenost s tímto obchodem a paní vedoucí. Už nikdy více a rozhodně nedoporučuji nikomu.
The worst approach to complaint I've experienced in my life. After 6 months and so a month and a half wearing, my sole broke. During the complaint, the shop assistant looked at them and said that the shoes could not be claimed even if there was a 24-month warranty. I wanted the shoes to be sent for complaint, but she wouldn't send them anywhere, that she had been trained that she was making the complaint. I wanted to call the manager and agree on the procedure. She told me that she was the chief and had already decided to leave. This is my personal experience with this deal and Mrs. Head. Never again and definitely not recommend to anyone.

Very friendly, patient saleswoman. Relatively large selection of branded shoes from the "others" are certainly not inferior to branded shoes.
