How could I just start. At first glance, a very solid company with a strong background, but after a while they began to lose our trust. In the first moment after arriving at the Prague showroom, everything was fine, the gentlemen were very willing to really advise you on the kitchen design, we could see everything. The total price of the kitchen is over 500 thousand , ordered in early February (two closets and kitchen). After paying two deposits, the installation moved once the subsequently ordered appliances did not have to be changed for another. Originally it was supposed to be an extra large dishwasher and refrigerator, two days before the installation the master told me that it is not in stock even though it should have been reserved, etc. before a technician from another company arrived, etc.), so having a kitchen without a hob with a hood is not very kosher. Subsequent waiting for the shelves to be delivered next month. After constant urgencies on our part, the total delivery time of the kitchen was until everything was fine around the beginning of June. We also had cabinets from the company, with sliding doors, they mounted them so that they crossed over each other, there was an exchange for a new piece, delivery again after the date specified in the contract in about a month. The end of our cooperation was the bathroom, which was to be completed on 11.6. (Mr. Commercial promised us that it will definitely be) and now it is 25.7. and still not, the first assembly took place on 12.7. when they found out that "it doesn't actually work" because there is water (the installers in our country before that were more than 6 times in the whole time and they were not able to find out such information). We now have lockers, but with the door slammed without a mirror and light, I do not comment on the installers, who sounded like Pat and Mat when they came to the bathroom. The Lord handed over the unfinished bathroom with the words that he had not seen the plan?!?! During the entire period of our cooperation, this company did NOT comply with ANY ONE DEADLINE OF PRODUCT DELIVERY. So when they came to assemble, there was usually a problem or defect at the end, even though they were fixed, the downtime was really unreal. I don't like it when someone promises me mountains and mines even though they know they won't meet the deadline, and unfortunately that's how it was in this case. The company seems to me to accept an excessive number of orders, which it is not able to subsequently assemble and properly handle. I have heard more than enough times in the last year. With this real review, I would like to warn everyone who is thinking about Delfi that if you want something quickly and properly, then go looking elsewhere. The original plan was to have the whole house furnished by one company, but we really ran out of patience.
