★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Automaty Delikomat v práci. Začal jsem využívat po zavedení bezkontaktních plateb. Nejnižší hodnocení dávám za absolutní kašlání na zákazníka. Peníze strhne, kávu nevydá, nebo nebyli jste zpoplatněni, peníze strhne. Vypíšete všechny údaje k platbě, zavoláte, slíbí refundaci a nevrátí nic. Během roku asi počtvrté a nikdy se už nikdo neozval a peníze nebyly vráceny. Takže jsem přešel na vlastní kávu stejně jako dost kolegů. Bagety předražené a suché. Už chceme od vedení změnu provozovatele automatů. Díky...
Delikomat machines at work. I started using it after the introduction of contactless payments. I give the lowest rating for an absolute cough on the customer. Money will be taken down, coffee will not be dispensed, or you have not been charged, money will be taken down. You write down all the details for the payment, call, promise a refund and do not return anything. For the fourth time in a year, no one ever responded and the money was not returned. So I switched to my own coffee as well as enough colleagues. Overpriced and dry baguettes. We already want the management to change the operator of the vending machines. Thanks...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ V svém životě jsem se nikdy nesetkala tak s hulvátským chováním se zákazníkem jako u vás na servisní lince. Dne 6.5.2022 jsem volala, abych nahlásila poruchu s bezkontaktním placením na automatu č. 36576 ve Zlíně v Lázních. Paní byla hned od začátku na mě velice neprofesionální, drzá, arogantní , skákala do řeči a nikdy jsem takové chování nezačila. Styďte se za takové zaměstnance.
In my life, I have never encountered such vulgar behavior with a customer as at your service line. On May 6, 2022, I called to report a fault with contactless payment at slot machine No. 36576 in Zlín in Lázně. The lady was very unprofessional to me from the very beginning, rude, arrogant, she jumped and I never started such behavior. Shame on such employees.
