I bought my last laptop through Dell Point and I am more than satisfied with their services: In the gallows time they managed to advise me, get the required configuration and deliver it to my address the next day. Although I am probably only a small end customer for them, I have received perfect care. If you hesitate to buy a new computer and you want good service in addition to a good price, you will not make a mistake here.

I always wanted to have my configuration tailored. Because I like Dell, I started to consider who could advise me in this regard. I just found Dellpoint on the web. So I wrote my request and waited for what would happen. At that time, I still had a vague idea, because I do not examine HW in detail. I received an answer in a short time and we called for the first time. During our communication, I clarified exactly what I want. The meeting was at an excellent level. I was very pleasantly surprised that there is a trader who just doesn't want to sell me goods, but gives me a helping hand in fulfilling my dream. Selecting components for my laptop was challenging and took about three weeks. we discussed every aspect of the HW of a new laptop. I enjoyed it immensely the whole time. Eventually, the laptop went into production. I've been working with Dellpoint since I got it for about six months. Over time, I needed another upgrade and again I was very pleasantly surprised by the approach and cooperation. Today I do not solve problems with HW. If I need anything, I'll contact Dellpoint and I'm sure it will always help me. I would like to thank you very much for your work and wish you much success in the future. :-) It works and forms much better for me when I have a partner like Dellpoint.

I have a very bad experience with an authorized Dell Point. At the beginning of March 2020, I contacted them in order to buy a laptop, they recommended me to ask again in three weeks when they would be in stock. After three weeks, I ordered the goods and were unable to specifically answer whether they had the goods. After another contact, I had to pay the price of 25,000 CZK for the goods in advance and then received an advance invoice, which was not written when the goods were delivered. After further writing with the company, I was informed that the goods are duly paid and if the goods are in stock, they will deliver them within two days. Subsequent phone calls and letters were directed to the question of whether the goods are in stock? When I wanted to take over the paid goods from the courier, he again asked me to pay the amount of CZK 25,000 again, otherwise he would not hand over the goods to me. I refused to pay twice for the same goods and then the courier took the paid laptop back. I immediately contacted Dell Point management and they tried to make a fool of someone other than themselves. I canceled the order. In the evening I ordered the same laptop from another competition and physically took over the goods the next morning from the competition. Subsequently, after two days, Dell Point returned the money. So this would-be authorized company was not able to deliver the goods in about 4 weeks and the competition delivered the same goods in less than 24 hours. I call this a big difference in customer service. DellPoit cannot do logistics, employs, supports socially incompetent people and even publicly apologizes. The advertisement boasts a showroom, but there is none, so you can't see the selected goods in advance. The normal customer is surprised that the reviews are all the same and all sing ode to joy and no one specifies anything specifically. People independent of Dell Point do not lack public comparison and criticism, which unfortunately is not publicly supported. Personally, I recommend competitively better, faster and more accommodating other computer companies. Dell Point is written off in advance unless the company's management thinking improves. I will not buy anything here. If someone understands computers, they do not necessarily have to run a company, do bad and important logistics and want to replace helpfulness with trial and error. Maybe someone will think about this review. This firm is playing capitalism with a bad result.

Good day, I ordered a custom Dell Precision 7760 mobile workstation from DELLPOINT around the middle of 2021. Although I also have a previous laptop from DELL and I have no personal experience with a similarly powerful device, I must write that I am excited. I appreciate the very professional and personal approach, especially of Mr. Kuska, who had considerable patience in compiling the optimal configuration. It is also positive that in this way, the tailor-made configuration of this station has cost me cheaper nowadays, when the prices of powerful components are rising almost every week, than a similar configuration offered in the largest online stores. The delivery date was also about half as short as expected. Thank you and I wish you other satisfied customers.
