Paní Bortlová a její tým byl profesionální a naše sedačka a koberce jsou zase jako nové a navíc nezůstala po nich spoušť, vše po sobě uklidili. Když jsme termín sjednávaly, vyšla mi maximálně a ochotně vstříc a navíc je to velmi milá a přátelská žena což je pro mne a další spolupráci velmi důležitý aspekt. Pani Bortlova je skutecne prijemna, snazi se vyjit zakaznikovi maximalne vstric, rychle jednani, pracuji peclive a profesionalne, jejich pristup je osobni a pratelsky. I had the windows of a larger family house washed - the negotiation and execution were great, I am very satisfied with the result. Mrs. Bortlova is really nice, she tries to get the most out of the customer, she acts quickly, I work carefully and professionally, their approach is personal and friendly.

Využila jsem ji k důkladnému jednorázovému úklidu bytu (kromě jiného šlo i o odstranění zašlé špíny a odolných nečistot). Oceňuji vstřícnou komunikaci a celkově příkladný profesionální přístup - zejména snahu jasně si dopředu vymezit konkrétní požadavky klienta a ty následně beze zbytku naplnit.
