Jednání řeznického psa. Vyhněte se této ordinaci velkým obloukem.
Vzhledem k tomu, ze moje lékařka má tento týden dovolenou a z práce mě uvolnili až po dvanácté hodině, jsem do čekárny dr. Patáka dorazila ve 13 hodin s akutním zánětem dásně, oteklou tváří a nemalou bolestí. V čekárně seděla jedna další paní, ordinační hodiny měl doktor do 17 hod. Po tom, co jsme čekali 20 minut, až doktor se sestřičkou dořeší synchronizaci jakéhosi německého a českého telefonního čísla se sestra přišla konečně zeptat, proč tam jsem. Když jsem jí vysvětlila o co jde, velmi arogantně mi oznámila, že cituji: "Zubaři se chodí dopoledne! Teď na vás nemáme čas." , jako kdybych snad byla nějaký teenager, co se snaží ulít ze školy a odmítli mě ošetřit. Naštěstí jsem dnes našla jiného pana doktora, který neměl problém mi pomoci. Dodám, že ošetření (roříznutí dáně) u něj netrvalo s vysvětlením a předepsáním antibiotik více než 15 minut.

Since my doctor is on vacation this week and I was not allowed to work until twelve o'clock, I was in the waiting room of dr. The heel arrived at 1 pm with acute gum inflammation, swollen face and considerable pain. There was another lady sitting in the waiting room, the doctor's office was at 5pm. After we waited 20 minutes for the doctor and the nurse to complete the synchronization of a German and Czech phone number, the nurse finally came to ask why I was there. When I explained what was going on, she very arrogantly told me that I was quoting, "Dentists go in the morning! Now we don't have time for you." as if I was a teenager trying to get out of school and refuse to treat me. Fortunately, I found another doctor today who had no problem helping me. I would add that the treatment (cutting the dana) did not take more than 15 minutes to explain and prescribe antibiotics.
