I made an appointment and was waiting for more than a month, when the day finally came, they told me that the doctor was not there, and that they have to reschedule a meeting for me, which was going to be after another month. Do not bother going to this clinic, they have no respect for clients time, or their needs. If you want to wait for an appointment for nothing, then go to this clinic. Oh and by the way, this happened to me twice with this clinic, after the first cancelation i decided to give them another chance, but now after this, i won't even look their direction again. Absolutely unprofessional.
K	Kenneth Lynch on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I feel I was ripped off from this dentist. I went in for a simple repair on my on my denture and was charged double. I was told there would be a small charge for expedited lab work but double is too much. I would have happily paid the extra fee but when my dentures came back they didn't fit anymore. I was given the excuse that it was because they are 10 year old but why did they fit before they were fixed? This could have been fixed with a simple soft-liner but I was told that they don't do that in the Czech Republic. I find that hard to believe because it is not new technology and it is not a complicated process. I will be finding a different dentist to replace my dentures completely.
P	Peter Cerno on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me and my wife visited this clinic in April 2018 (for the first time) to do a regular teeth check. To our big surprise, after doing the Röntgen Scans the doctor found more than 5 teeth defects in me and more than 10 in my wife. This was highly suspicious as we usually do not have any problems with teeth. We decided not to take any action. Today (October 2018) we visited our regular (family) dentist to do the check again, and surprise surprise, no teeth defects at all. None. I am not a big fan of such fear tactics, especially when coming from people in a position of trust, therefore, I would highly recommend you to avoid this clinic.
M	Moztar on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Felt ripped off. To be clear, the dentists themselves are very professional and do a great job, and truly ensure attention to detail on your teeth. However, every time I went home, I felt like I was taken for a financial ride; felt used.
F	František Fuka (Fuxoft) on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For at least year and half (i.e. during 3 regular check-up visits), I complained about significant pain I feel in specific place when I use inter-dental toothbrush. I was told at Dental Karlin that there is no problem with my teeth and that my gums are probably just extra sensitive. In the end of 2021 I changed my dentist (because I moved) and my new dentist immediately informed me (without me telling him anything) that I have serious tooth infection in this exact place. I don't mind paying extra but I expect extra care for my extra money, which I didn't get at Dental Karlin. PS They were much better around 2017-2018 and then got worse.
