Domluvena byla zubní hygiena za daným účelem na hodinu práce, nakonec se zákrok, který měl být proveden nekonal a místo toho šlo jen o 15 min. povrchového čištění za 1500kč s tím, že hloubkové čištění (zákrok, který se měl konat) bude později a dokonce z původních 1500 na 6000kč. Zbytečná návštěva a ubohých 15 min. ničeho. Silně nedoporučuji. Deterrent approach, sad behavior. Pan doktor Roman mi zub ošetřili během týdne včetně čištění kanálků a korunky. Jeho přístup byl opravdu milý a lidský, a ocenila jsem, že při ošetření kanálků používá mikroskop. Díky tomu přišel na to, že má stolička 4 kanálky, a já mám tedy jistotu, že zub je ošetřený pořádně. Moc děkuji While visiting my family in KV, a piece of my chair broke and I had to undergo an endodontic examination. Dr. Roman treated my tooth during the week, including cleaning the canals and crown. His approach was really nice and human, and I appreciated that he used a microscope to treat the canals. Thanks to that, he found out that the chair has 4 channels, so I'm sure that the tooth is treated properly. Thank you very much

Ich habe vor ca. 20 Jahren einen Backenzahn(Oben- links) durch einen Unfall verloren und vor 8 Monaten wurde mir noch zweiter gegenüberliegende Backenzahn (Oben -rechts) gezogen. Es war mir so peinlich, weil die Lücken beim Lächeln zu sehen waren und ästhetisch sah es natürlich auch nicht gut aus. Ich wollte mir die fehlenden Zähne implantieren lassen. Hier in Deutschland ist es für einen durchschnittlichen Mensch mit zwei Kinder und durchschnittlichem Gehalt fast unmöglich, sich sogar nur zwei Zähne implantieren zu lassen. Deshalb suchte ich die ganze Zeit nach einem anderen Ausweg. Rein durch einen Zufall kam ich auf Dentalcentre.cz MUDr. Martin Lebeda. Erster Kontakt erfolgte telefonisch. Eine Arzthelferin mit Vornamem Bjanka, die auch deutsch sprechen kann, erklärte mir, dass ich erst zu ihnen kommen muss, damit Dr. Lebeda eine Untersuchung mit 3D Bilder(wird vor Ort gemacht) durchführen kann. Da ich auch Russische Sprache spreche, konnte ich gleich am Telefon mit Dr. Lebeda persönlich sprechen. Ich fuhr mit meiner Frau für Untersuchung von Heilbronn hin und am selben Tag zurück. Ich erfuhr vor Ort, was es kostet und bekam sofort Kostenvoranschlag. Bevor ich losgefahren bin, holte ich bei meiner Krankenversicherung AOK ein Formular(Heil -und Behandlungsplan) für Tschechien. Insgesamt war ich 3 mal in Tschechien. Implantate von Straumann und Kronen: Vollkeramik cerec. Dr. Lebeda verfügt über alle mögliche Kenntnisse und Erfahrungen, die ein Arzt überhaupt haben kann. Seine Arzthelferin (Bjanka) war auch sehr sehr freundlich, was hier in Deutschland leider schon zu einer Seltenheit geworden ist. So wie Telefonisch auch per E-Mail waren sie immer erreichbar. Und jetzt kommen wir natürlich zu Kosten, da mir meine Versicherung noch einen festen Zuschuss erstattet hat, habe ich um 50 % gespart. Ich habe natürlich Sprit-,Parken-(direkt an der Praxis), Essenkosten(direkt im Zentrum von Karlovy Vary) mitberechnet. Sehr feurindlich, professionel und korrekt weiter so First of all, I would like to describe a little bit about my situation. A doctor's assistant with the first name Bjanka, who can also speak German, explained to me that I had to come to them first so that Dr. Lebeda can carry out an examination with 3D images (made on site). Since I also speak Russian, I was able to talk to Dr. Talk to Lebeda personally. I drove there with my wife for an examination from Heilbronn and back on the same day. I found out on site what it cost and got an estimate straight away. Before I left, I got a form (healing and treatment plan) for the Czech Republic from my health insurance company AOK. I have been to the Czech Republic 3 times in total. Straumann implants and crowns: all-ceramic cerec. Dr. Lebeda has every possible knowledge and experience a doctor can have. His doctor's assistant (Bjanka) was also very, very friendly, which has unfortunately become a rarity here in Germany. As well as by phone, they were always available by e-mail. And now, of course, there are costs, since my insurance has reimbursed me a fixed allowance, I've saved 50%. Of course, I have included fuel, parking (directly at the practice) and food costs (right in the center of Karlovy Vary). Very hostile, professional and correct keep it up

Domluvila jsem si s nim konzultaci na porcelanove fazety, protoze jsem ztratila zubni enamel a porad se to zhorsovalo. Take mam hluboky a jeste na jedne strane zkrizeny skus... Pan Doktor Lebeda mi vse podrobne vysvetlil, hlavne fyziologii a spravnou funkci chrupu. Je to velmi dulezite, aby vam ta prace vydrzela. S timto celkovym pristupem se skoro nikde u zubaru nesetkate. Je to velky odbornik-profesional. Ma k dispozici tu nejlepsi technologii, myslim, ze i jako jediny v CR, dale katalog zubu ruznych velikosti, tvaru a barev, svoji zubni laborator... Diky tomu jsem postoupila kompltetni kosmetickou i funkni rekonstrukci chrupu. Jsem ted stastna a porad se smeji. Mohu jen vrele dopurucit pana doktora a toto zubni centrum - Dentalcentre.cz - Lebedovi. Take cely jeho personal, laborant jsou velice profesionalni a vsichni jsou velmi mili. Dekuji moc Vam vsem! :) My friend recommended me to Dr. Martin Lebeda. And I'm very happy! Dr. Lebeda explained everything to me in detail, especially the physiology and proper function of the teeth. It is very important that the work lasts you. You will hardly find this overall approach at the dentist's place. He is a great expert. It has the best technology at its disposal, I think that as the only one in CR, there is also a catalog of teeth of various sizes, shapes and colors, its dental laboratory ... Thanks to that, I underwent a complete cosmetic and functional reconstruction of the teeth. I'm happy now and I'm laughing. I can only warmly recommend the doctor and this dental center - Dentalcentre.cz - to Lebed. Also his entire staff, the laboratory technicians are very professional and everyone is very nice.
