★ ★ ★ ★ ★ TOP TOP TOP!!! Dnes jsem byl poprvé na zubní hygieně. Slečna Veronika se mnou měla dost práce, zuby jsem ze strachu z návštěv zanedbával. Musím ale říci že moji fobii trochu odbourala. Bezbolestné, příjemné prostředí a jsem nyní i o podstatné informace chytřejší. Pokud máte obavy, nemějte!!! Nebuďte lemplové jako Já a objednejte se! Prevence je důležitá! Já už to vím a jinak už nejdu! Děkuji moc!!!
TOP TOP TOP !!! Today I was in dental hygiene for the first time. Miss Veronika had a lot of work to do with me, I neglected my teeth for fear of visiting. But I must say that she broke my phobia a little. Painless, pleasant environment and I'm now even smarter about essential information. If you are worried, don't worry !!! ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today at 15:45, I enjoyed once more the dental care at its best with Sona, but as usual I would say,… since 2011.
Starting with 3 unfortunate last minute rescheduling from my side, she finally asked me this morning if it could fit me to come at 15:45. Deal done! Thank you for your flexibility.
Obviously the care themselves are always at the top and up-to-date with new technology and/or new products used for the best of your teeth. Sona takes care of my family, incl.our younger son, 7y old.
Perfect and all happy to come back in few months.

VERY BAD EXPERIENCE, I FEEL SCAMMED I first arrived at my appointment at 8:30 am and they tell me that they have changed my appointment at 9:00 am. Supposedly they sent me an SMS the day before, a holiday Monday. I wait 4 months for the appointment and they arbitrarily decide to change it. They take advantage of the low demand for these services. But, it is not the worst thing, the solution was that the dental cleaning was 15 minutes and not 45 minutes. A TOTAL SCAM! I PAID THE SAME 1300CZK. THEY TAKE ADVANTAGE OF PEOPLE AND APPARENTLY TO A GREATER EXTENT OF FOREIGNERS.
