★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Strašně spokojená. Dřív jsem se zubaře bála a od té doby co chodím sem,tak ne že bych se těšila,ale nebojím se ? paní doktorka, která dělá dentální hygienu je moc šikovná. Jsem ráda,že jsem objevila tuhle kliniku. Už nebydlím v Praze,ale jezdila bych i přes půlku republiky. Opravdu doporučuji.
Terribly satisfied. I used to be afraid of the dentist and since I come here, not that I'm looking forward to it, but I'm not afraid - the doctor who does dental hygiene is very handy. I'm glad I discovered this clinic. I no longer live in Prague, but I would drive across half the country. I really recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Již dva dny volám na tento podnik v různých časových intervalech. Výsledek? Nikdo se neobtěžuje vzít telefon. Zřejmně jsou tak finančně za vodou, že je jim snad jedno?, jestli budou mít o jednoho pacienta více či méně? zapomínají asi také na to, že mi pacienti je v podstatě živíme! Kdyby na mě záleželo ( a domnívám se, že by se to mělo začít řešit ),nechala bych udělat všem stomatologům hloubkové kontroly ve financích.
I have been calling this company at various time intervals for two days now. Result? No one bothers to pick up the phone. Apparently they are so financially behind the water that they don't care, whether they will have one or more patients? they probably also forget that my patients basically feed them! If I cared (and I think it should start to be addressed), I would have all the dentists do a thorough financial check.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Od ledna 2022 potíže se dovolat. Dceru s akutní bolestí neošetřili, nabídnutý termín na akutní ošetření za 3 dny!
Since January 2022 trouble to call. They did not treat their daughter with acute pain, the offered term for acute treatment in 3 days!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It says they are open from 8am Monday to Friday but it's not true, reception phone doesn't get picked up and there's no information regarding the real schedule. Don't go there if you have an emergency as you might end up just losing time

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was searching for a dental clinic and I found this one online. I’m happy I chose it. I had great experience for the check ups I did. The dentists are very friendly, professional, and experienced youths. For expats, they speak English too which is important.
My advice if you don’t have urgent problem, then get a full check up appointment even if it is few weeks away; that’s normal in CZ, get your full check up and xrays done, then you have your file there for anytime you need a quick appointment. This is normal procedure here in CZ. Again, dentists are really nice and professional, not to forget the staff.
