★ ★ ★ ★ ★ S dlhou dodacou dobou som bola vopred oboznámená a súhlasila sňou takže v mojom prípade sa nesťažujem.
Objednávku som uskutočnila online.
S ratanovou zostavou som spokojná je krásna , presne taká ako na obrázku, naozaj kvalitná (žiadny šit to nieje) a bola aj dobre zabalená.
Jediné čo ma zaskočilo bolo asi len to, že pri cene 800€+ Som musela zaplatiť dopravu tovaru ku mne extra (39€) a ešte k tomu bez vynášky.. keďže som vo 8mesiaci tehotenstva trošku ma to potrápilo, keď mi nemal kto pomôcť a nebolo to najlahšie. To hodnotím ako mínus, že to nemáte nijako doriešené pri takom veľkom tovare. Inak OK

I am satisfied with the rattan set, it is beautiful, exactly like the one in the picture, it is really high quality (there is no sewing) and it was also well wrapped.
The only thing that surprised me was probably that at the price of 800 € + I had to pay for the transport of goods to me extra (39 €) and even without delivery .. since I was a little in my 8-month pregnancy when it had no one to help me and it wasn't the easiest. I consider it a minus that you have not solved it in any way with such a large commodity. Otherwise OK

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Firmu nedoporučuji. Zakoupili jsme zahradní sprchu, při prodeji bylo inzerováno, že je sprcha z vysoce-odolného materiálu a proto stačí na zimu pouze vypustit. Sprcha po první , né moc mrazivé zimě, teče. Firma řešila reklamaci pouze velmi stručným email. Ačkoli na sprše není nic vidět, tak "odborníci" na dálku poznali, že zahradní sprcha praskla mrazem a reklamaci zamítli. Jednání firmy řeším s ČOI a zřejmě nejsem jediná.
I do not recommend the company. We bought a garden shower, it was advertised at the sale that the shower is made of a highly-resistant material and therefore it is enough to just drain it for the winter. The shower flows after the first, not very frosty winter. The company handled complaints only with a very brief email. Although there is nothing to see on the shower, the "experts" recognized from a distance that the garden shower burst in frost and rejected the complaint. I deal with the company's negotiations with the CTIA and I am probably not the only one.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Velmi nespokojen. Snad v dubnu objednána vířivka. Stále není a prý nebude. Ještě, že jsem ji nezaplatil předem ! Ale zahradní nábytek a doplňky k vířivce mi nabízejí pořád.
Very dissatisfied. Perhaps a whirlpool ordered in April. It still isn't and it probably won't be. Not to mention that I didn't pay it in advance! But garden furniture and whirlpool accessories still offer me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Výborný přístup pana majitele. Vše vysvětlil, nabídl a i s drobnou reklamaci způsobenou dopravcem nebyl problém.
Ratanovou sestavu máme a jsme spokojeni. Nelitujeme cesty z Prahy do Uherského Hradiště.
Excellent approach of the owner. He explained everything, offered it, and even with a small complaint caused by the carrier, there was no problem.
We have a rattan set and we are satisfied. We do not regret the journey from Prague to Uherské Hradiště.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zboží(kovové lehátko)mi bylo doručeno na opěrkách v odraném stavu.Při email.komunikaci s jednatelem firmy mi bylo sděleno,že nové lehátko NEMAJÍ a že by se to dalo ,,stříknout"....Jelikož je nanesena komaxitová vypalovací barva ,která se vypaluje při 160-200°C, jsem tuto opravu odmítl.Jen dodám,že lehátka měli v tu dobu na internetových stránkách skladem a mají je tam pořád.

During the e-mail communication with the company's executive, I was told that they did NOT have a new lounger and that it could be "sprayed" .... Since the komaxit baking paint is applied, which burns at 160-200 ° C, I refused this correction. I will just add that the sunbeds were in stock on the website at that time and they still have them there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Drobné oděrky na kovové zahradní sestavě si opravím sám, ale u nového výrobku to naštve. Větší problém vidím v tom, že označujete jen české výrobce. Objednal jsem sestavu doporučenou jako alternativa k výrobci Unikov a přišel mi nábytek z Číny. Nikde na stránkách neuvidíte, že výrobky jsou z Číny. Za mě na hraně klamavé reklamy. Již nic neobjednám.
I will repair small abrasions on the metal garden set myself, but it will annoy the new product. I see a bigger problem in the fact that you only label Czech manufacturers. I ordered the set recommended as an alternative to the manufacturer Unikov and I received furniture from China. Nowhere on the site will you see that the products are from China. For me on the edge of deceptive advertising. I won't order anything anymore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Objednala jsem si kovový zahradní nábytek. Komunikace s obchodem byla bez problému, stejně tak doprava. Bohužel až po rozbalení a detailnějším prohlédnutí jsem zjistila, že židle jsou na několika místech odřené, navíc jsou křivé a tudíž vratké. Ani zaslaný stůl nepřišel v pořádku, předvrtané díry na šrouby vůbec neseděly, stejně tak velikost zaslaných šroubků byla špatná. Z doručeného zboží jsem zklamaná..Nábytek jsem se ale nakonec rozhodla nereklamovat, jelikož bydlím na druhém konci republiky..

Unfortunately, only after unpacking and a more detailed inspection, I found out that the chairs are abraded in several places, in addition, they are crooked and therefore shaky. The table sent wasn't okay either, the pre-drilled screw holes didn't fit at all, and the size of the screws sent was bad. I am disappointed with the delivered goods .. But in the end I decided not to complain about the furniture, because I live at the other end of the republic.
