★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Komunikace otřesná, na sms či email čekáte odpověď dobrých 24h, chcete se domluvit ohledně předání, když máte cestu kolem, ale proto že covid, nejde nic, všechno je o lidech a domluvě, ale tady ne.. na základě arogantní písemné odpovědi "aby bylo jasno" se mile ráda obrátím jinam...nedoporučuji.
 The communication is horrible, you are waiting for a good 24h reply on an SMS or email, you want to agree on the handover when you have a way around, but because the covid is nothing, it's all about people and agreement, but not here .. based on an arrogant written answer it was clear "I would love to turn elsewhere ... I do not recommend.

Hodinky boli opravené za veľmi krátky čas a dobre. Komunikácia prebiehala e-mailom, v priebehu dňa som dostal odpoveď.
Servis môžem len odporučiť.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I can only recommend this service centre as they were very helpful and responsive all the time. I have sent them my GoPro 4 for repair (they have totally f*cked up in previous service and even changed functional original parts for their non-functional).
In Depagelectronics they have communicated all issues with me and provided new original parts to my camera, some of them on their own costs as we kept discovering other and other problems from previous service.
I will definitely use this provider again and I hope they will keep their high level services.
