Hello, on 3.10. I visited a surgical clinic around 1 o'clock in the morning with a suspicion of a broken zebra. I came, after previous experience at the emergency clinic, with fears of terrible behavior of the medical staff, including the doctor !!! :-( However, I was unexpectedly and very pleasantly surprised My sister, Dr. Ondrej Vycital, was very pleasant. They left nothing to chance and performed all the necessary examinations, including sonography, on which they found a hyperechogenic formation on my liver and a polyp on the gallbladder. On 4.10. I was checked and again examined for a son, the polyp on the gallbladder was confirmed and on the liver, Dr. Jan Brucha?? made sure that it was a hemangioma, which is not the result of an insult. I was advised to have the gallbladder removed, from the possibility of developing a polyp in the tumor. Again, I have to praise the whole staff, I finally felt like a patient during the whole examination, not as a person who came to the hospital to annoy the staff. Interrupt the nurses' private dialogues and listen to the bitter answers to their questions from the just-awake doctor. Dr. Jan Brucha explained everything to me semi-pathetically and clarified any complications. Thanks to his consistency, I will prevent a much more binding diagnosis from being made in the future. 3 operations during 6 years, 2013 esophagectomy with tubular stomach replacement - performed so well that immediately the volvulus with narrowing of the mesenteric veins in the left meso-hypogastrium, 6 years of persuasion that the pain is only mental - unnecessary use of psychormacs (neurol), 2016 diagnosed with dumping syndrome in the same hospital at the 1st internal clinic, 2020 finally removed volvulus, postoperative care disaster, disinterest, ignoring the finding of dumping syndrome (first diet sponge cake, high-sugar snack - of course huge hypoglycemic problems, etc.) Despite urgency none change of diet. Chief physician: approach to patients as someone who is completely outside, nurses and support staff - a very austere and impersonal approach, (perhaps 2 people with a more humane and professional staff), I also noticed swearing at elderly and hard of hearing patients.
