★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zrovna jedu 62. A vzhledem k událostem jsem se rozhodl napsat recenzi, tak obecně na DPMUL. Stala se situace taková, že nastoupil pár se psem, neměli košík a museli vystoupit, pár začal paní řidičce vulgárně nadávat a paní řidička bohužel neudržela emoce a začala vulgárně nadávat také.. Myslím si, že by měla být asertivní když je v práci a nemluvit vulgárně. Není to poprvé co podobnou situaci vidím, ale jsou samozřejmě i výjimky na straně řidičů, kteří se chovají slušně. Jako jedna z nejvíce využívaných služeb krajského města, by si měla udržovat nějakou profesionalitu.
Jinak samozřejmě občasné zpoždění autobusů, které se dá přehlížet vzhledem k ostatním dopravním službám v ČR. Pravidelně využívám služby DPMUL už několik let a nevidím za tu dobu žádný zásadní posun k lepšímu.

The situation was such that a couple with a dog, did not have a basket and had to get off, the couple began to scold the lady vulgar and the lady unfortunately did not hold emotions and began to scold vulgar too .. I think it should be assertive when working and not talking vulgar. This is not the first time I see a similar situation, but of course there are exceptions on the side of drivers who behave decently. As one of the most used services of the regional city, it should maintain some professionalism.
Otherwise, of course, the occasional delay of buses, which can be overlooked in relation to other transport services in the Czech Republic. I have been using DPMUL regularly for several years, and I have not seen any major improvement for the time being.
