Reklamaci s dopravní službou vyjednal sám a obratem mi poslal nové zboží které přišlo jen o pár dni později než to původní. Vážím si rychlého a milého jednání. The goods came to me broken for the first time. However, the Design Showroom dealt with the unpleasant situation immediately and very accommodatingly. He negotiated the complaint with the transport service himself and immediately sent me new goods which arrived only a few days later than the original. I appreciate a quick and kind meeting.
B	Barbora Hrušková on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ U pana Krynka jsme v září roku 2019 zakoupili dvě křesla Round Nature značky HÜBSCH. Ač byla používána maximálně jednou dvakrát do měsíce, brzy se ratanová část křesel začala prolamovat a z konstrukce vypadávat. Na mou první zprávu o možnostech reklamace pan Krynek reagoval nejprve otázkou, zda jsme křesla nenechali stát na dešti (nenechali). Žádali jsme o vrácení peněz, což nám pan Krynek odepřel s odvoláním na postoj společnosti HÜBSCH, která prý toto neumožňuje, a křesla vyměnil za nové exempláře. Poté, co se na jedno z nich poprvé usadila kolegyně, která má ani ne 55 kg, objevily se stejné problémy. S další reklamací jsme už přes zjevnou vadu materiálu neuspěli, protože přišla 6 měsíců po uplynutí roční záruční doby. Pan Krynek nám jako kompenzaci za čekání na jeho stanovisko nabídl slevu na zakoupení dalšího zboží z jeho obchodu. Další peníze ale raději utratíme u prodejce, pro kterého je samozřejmostí, že se na křeslech dá sedět. In September 2019, we bought two HÜBSCH Round Nature armchairs from Mr. Krynek. Although it was used a maximum of twice a month, the rattan part of the armchairs soon began to break and fall out of the structure. To my first report on the possibilities of a complaint, Mr. Krynek first responded by asking whether we did not leave the chairs standing in the rain (did not leave them). We asked for a refund, which Mr Krynek denied us, citing the position of HÜBSCH, which allegedly did not allow this, and exchanged the chairs for new ones. After a colleague weighing less than 55 kg first settled on one of them, the same problems arose. Despite another obvious defect in the material, we were unsuccessful with another complaint, because it came 6 months after the one-year warranty period. As compensation for waiting for his opinion, Mr. Krynek offered us a discount on the purchase of additional goods from his store. But we prefer to spend more money at the seller, for whom it goes without saying that you can sit on the chairs.

Perfektný výber dizajnoviek - každý rok u nich nájdem niečo, z čoho sa teším a čo kultivuje moje prostredie (najčastejšie to je niečo pre moju polovičku ;-). Dear and communicative people, they will never leave you in the lurch, if they do not have something in stock, they will immediately send info and try to solve it. Perfect selection of designers - every year I find something that I enjoy and that cultivates my environment (most often it is something for my half ;-).
