★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tento obchod doporučuji pouze v případě, že na zboží nepospícháte.
V říjnu jsme si objednali gauč, doba doručení 5-7 týdnů, garance doručení do Vánoc, která pro nás byla stěžejní. Na potvrzení (předem zaplacené) objednávky jsem čekali týden a doba dodání se protáhla o několik týdnů. Poslední dny před Štědrým dnem jsme čekali jako na trní, zda pohovka dorazí, nebo ne.
Pohovky jsme se nakonec dočkali, přestože kurýr dorazil bez ohlášení.
Zboží je kvalitní a hezké, ovšem za cenu dlouhé čekací doby.
I recommend this shop only if you are in no hurry for the goods.
In October, we ordered a couch, delivery time 5-7 weeks, delivery guarantee until Christmas, which was crucial for us. We waited a week for confirmation of the (prepaid) order and the delivery time was extended by several weeks. The last days before Christmas, we waited as if for thorns, whether the sofa would arrive or not.
We finally got sofas, even though the courier arrived unannounced.
The goods are high quality and nice, but at the cost of a long waiting time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mám velice dobrou zkušenost s tímto e-shopem. Objednala jsem si konferenční stoleček. Bohužel přišel škrábnutý. Reklamovala jsem online ve formuláři. Hned druhý den odeslali novou horní část stolečku. Moc mile mě to překvapilo. Velice rychlá komunikace a rychlé řešení problému. Děkuji určitě brzy něco zase nakoupím. Normálně recenze nepíši, ale z tohoto přístupu jsem byla tak nadšená, že jsem ráda udělala výjimku.
I have a very good experience with this e-shop. I ordered a coffee table. Unfortunately, he came scratched. I complained online in the form. The next day, they sent a new top of the table. I was very pleasantly surprised. Very fast communication and quick problem solving. Thank you for sure I will buy something again soon. I don't normally write reviews, but I was so excited about this approach that I was happy to make an exception.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We didn't receive our items until 10 weeks after the original purchase date as the retailer was late in receiving the items from their distributor. It was frustrating since on the website they guarantee delivery by 8 weeks. Regardless, I was in contact with the e-shop manager and she did everything she could to fix the problem, including refunding shipping costs and organizing express shipping so that we have our items before Easter. Even though it was frustrating as we waited quite some time to receive our items, I appreciate the efforts of the e-shop manager to fix the problem.

Ordered pair of bar stools on 10 March received products 22 October after countless emails. Products came with two damaged seats and one missing washer, still waiting for new seats and washer to come, I wouldn’t be surprised if I’ll wait until next year
