★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Po roce zakoupeni stolku a tacu od vyrobce Ethnicraft se zacaly z vyrobku ulamovat kousky dreva (u stolu uz druha reklamace, stul byl vymenen). Dle meho nazoru jsou oba vybobky z nekvalitnich materialu. Reklamuji u prodejce. Vyjadreni vyrobce zde dopisi. Viz fotografie:
After a year of buying a table and a tray from the manufacturer Ethnicraft, pieces of wood began to break from the product (at the table there was a second complaint, the table was replaced). In my opinion, both sets are made of poor quality materials. I advertise with the seller. The manufacturer's comments here are letters. See photos:

Po objednání zboží skladem je druhý den po předání do přepravy doma.
Pečlivě, bezpečně zabalené zboží, jak se jen tak nevidí! A komu i malé 'Děkuji', které posílám takto zpět :-)
I will add experience with the order - communication of the store in advance (question) excellent, fast, nice.
After ordering the goods in stock, it is at home the next day after being handed over for transport.
Carefully, safely packaged goods, as you just can't see! And to whom even the little 'Thank you' that I send back like this :-)
