Vždy když jsem tam volala, tak to byly sliby typu jdu to zjistit na sklad a hned Vám zavolám a nic se nedělo. Poté slíbili, že nádrž dorazí v uvedené dny a také nic, tak jsem objednávku zrušila. NEDOPORUČUJI. Nearly 2 months we have ordered a tank and has not arrived to this day. Následně když jsem chtěl odstoupit z důvodu neplnění, tak mi nabídli větší nádrž se slevou. Tu následně chtěli doručit bez informování o doručení předem a tvrdili, že ji přivezli. Neměl jsem ji jak převzít a tak skoro po měsíci mi akorát vrátili peníze. Objednávka 20212377 V objednávce uvádí "Termín plánovaného doručení Vám zašleme v následujícím emailu přibližně 3-5 dní před plánovaným doručením. Dopravce Vás následně bude informovat min. 24 hodin předem." a ani jedno z toho se nestalo. Evidentně se vyplatí si vybrat obchod s lepším přístupem. pozor na ně! Podstavec pod sudem se zdeformoval, řešení reklamace je jedna velká tragédie. Čekací doba na sud byla asi dva měsíce, ale čekání se opravdu nevyplatilo. Chtěla jsem designový sud, ale měla jsem radši koupit plastovou krychli... I bought a 500 liter water barrel and a pedestal, goods worth about CZK 8,000 and unfortunately the quality was terrible. The pedestal under the barrel is deformed, the solution to the complaint is one big tragedy. The waiting time for the barrel was about two months, but the wait didn't really pay off. I wanted a design barrel, but I should have bought a plastic cube ...

Nedoporučuji. Nádrž nakonec dodána se 14 denním spožděním. The ordered and paid tank should have been delivered and no one is still answering the phones. Zero communication. The assortment is large and the prices are interesting, but the approach is terrible. I do not recommend. The tank was finally delivered with a 14-day delay.
