I am very dissatisfied with the children's clinic. The year-old son had 40 fever. We arrived at the ambulance on Sunday afternoon. Empty waiting room, they took us almost immediately. The doctor did not even get up from the table, did not search her son or touch him. She just told me to increase my dose of nurofen. But I was in the juice after looking at the medical report. In it, the doctor describes how she checked the nodes, felt the abdomen and other things. I really do not recommend this clinic. Thanks to such actions, tragedies occur.

Never again, with the crying infant, the doctor kept us waiting for half an hour, as her acquaintance came to the waiting room. She didn't help us at all and her knowledge didn't match. She wrote us a bad medical report like a cherry.

We stayed there almost 1 week at children’s inpatient care. Overall very good care of my 2 year old daughter after an ugly fall- professional treatment by expert doctors, CT scan and other big examination right after we came (we waited only for 10-15 min upon arrival at the eye department 'reception and then went straight to children's emergency, CT scan, children's inpatient care) .The only 3 main downsides of the hospital I saw were: some elderly nurses with uptight attitude who cannot deal nicely with kids; poor food (even meals for kids too salty and lacking veggies- this improved after I complained about the saltiness) and zero level of English (even basic knowledge would be appreciated). I put 4 stars because as for the quality of care this hospital can compete with big hospitals in Prague, which was unexpected for me. We stayed for almost 1 week in the ward. for kids. Overall, very good care for my 2-year-old daughter after a nasty fall - professional treatment by an eye and pediatrician, CT scan and other large examinations right after we arrived (after arriving at the eye we waited only 10-15 minutes). The only 3 main disadvantages of the hospital that I saw were: some older nurses with a measured approach without a smile and kind communication with children (as a child I would also be afraid of them); poor food quality (even for children (!) diet too salty and without vegetables - it improved after I complained about oversalted food) and zero level of English (even basic knowledge would be nice for my husband to handle visits). I still gave 4 stars, because in terms of the quality of health care, this hospital can compete with large Prague hospitals, which was a surprise for me.

Despite the negative reviews, for me with a three-year-old daughter today a completely positive experience. Reception wheel -> Children's outpatient clinic -> orthopedic outpatient clinic without complications, with minimal waiting (full waiting room for orthopedics), all very nice and considerate.
