Hello, I highly recommend this store. After 18 months (the last 6 not used, we bought another one), the pram started to show signs of wear, but such that the wheels tilted so that even the fenders could not be put on, because they rub and fall while driving. The system of transmitting the force of tilting the stroller has practically stopped working, if we put on a sports body and put an 11kg toddler there, practically the problem of lifting the stroller to the rear and crossing a higher curb - so we probably still have to ride on straights. I attach a photo. The pram returned from the complaint with the result that everything was fine - I am attaching a photo of at least the wheels. Another funny thing was with the complaint, first the staff told me to send the stroller somewhere in Poland, which I replied that it is out of the question that they are the sellers, so I'm complaining about the store where I bought, not somewhere in Poland. Longer, when I arrived at the store, they began to explain to me that it made sense that if I put a "sports car" there, it went worse, worse yes, but not so that I had to practically lean forward to make the front wheels of the stroller at all. I still had to wash the stroller and the wheels right in the shop, which by the way was not dirty, that the Poles require the strollers clean.As I mentioned, the stroller was clean, as well as the wheels, but I still packed a bucket of water and rag and on the ground I washed there ... What else to say, never again, I'd rather go somewhere else and hope it won't be the same.

We bought a Joolz stroller two years ago. The color on the bottom of the stroller faded. After handing over the pram to the complaint, a completely new piece was sent to us. We are very satisfied with how the store has behaved. We will definitely buy here again.

We bought here stroller CAMARELO Previo and other equipment for mimčo. Communication via telephone that the stroller have to shop and a subsequent visit stores and absolutely super saleswoman Mrs. Jitka very helpful and nice! We first bought a pram for our daughter in the shop 3 years ago, which served both her and her 2-year-younger son. We bought the pram at the store where the lady willingly and for a long time took care of us, showed everything we needed, showed the fabric swatches and after we chose, explained everything needed for a particular pram. Now we were buying a new sports pram for my son, because I wanted a more compact one for a smaller car, so I decided to order it here again, this time through the e-shop. The pram was delivered the next day, but unfortunately damaged. So we immediately sent photos to the store from where they called us back and suggested either a pram collection with the delivery of a new one or an exchange at the store. We chose the exchange at the store, where they even put down a new pram to make sure that everything was in order, and as an excuse they added toys for both children. All this within 3 working days. I have to say that some reviews here scared me a bit and that's why I decided to write my experience, because we are definitely satisfied with the store and it was definitely not our last purchase :).
