Friends, I filed a complaint with the Ministry of Health about this hospital because of the reviews here. This is the answer I received today: ... the Department of Control of the Ministry of Health received your complaint at the Hospital and Policlinic Česká Lípa, as We inform you that complaints about specific medical care or related activities are submitted pursuant to Section 93 (1) of Act No. 372/2011 Coll., On Health Services. The complaint shall be submitted to the provider against whom it is directed; this does not affect the possibility of filing a complaint under other legislation. The complaint must not be prejudicial to the person who lodged it or to the patient to whom the complaint relates. We recommend that you contact the management of the Hospital and Policlinic Česká Lípa, as directly. If you do not agree to the complaint being handled by your health service provider, or if your health service provider does not respond to your submission, you may file a complaint under Section 93 (2) of Health Services Act No. 372/2011 Coll. granted authorization to provide health services. At the same time, please give reasons for disagreement with the handling of the complaint by the provider. The competent administrative authority in this case is the Regional Authority of the Ústí Region, Department of Health, Velká Hradební 48, 400 01 Ústí nad Labem. We further inform you that the handling of the complaint by the administrative body investigating the complaint pursuant to Act No. 372/2011 Coll. the law does not foresee another instance and the Ministry of Health has no competence to review or investigate the conclusions of the investigation of regional authorities.
