Too bad I haven't read the reviews before ... I saw Dr. Zipser on TV on Sam at Home. I was very impressed by her approach and how nicely she spoke about the patients. Today, I know that we must not believe everything, even what is broadcast on public television. After today's experience, I feel that this is just an advertisement for my business. I called the doctor by phone about a month ago, when I was given an appointment for today's examination at the clinic in Kolbenova Street. When I arrived at the place, another patient was sitting in the waiting room, who had been booked for the same hour as me at 1:00 p.m., which stopped me. The lady informed me that the doctor would arrive in half an hour (she allegedly got the information from the doctor's daughter). At 2:00 pm, the doctor's daughter left the surgery, and when asked by her companion, that the doctor had not yet arrived, she said, "So she was probably late somewhere." At 2:15 p.m., I called the number on the doctor's door. Except for the second call, the doctor picked him up and informed me that she had to be "somewhere else" for serious reasons. It is said that her assistant should have called all the patients and apologized. I ask, "What patients?" No one, not even the other lady, called me and canceled the visit. The doctor offered to come again in a week at 1 p.m. I called the Axon Clinic reception where I originally booked. I wanted to verify that in a similar case, they would notify me in advance of the cancellation. I was surprised when the doctor also picked up these numbers. I told her that I wanted to get in touch with her assistant so that I wouldn't have to bother her directly if I wanted to confirm that the agreed date of the visit was valid. The doctor reacted unprofessionally, she began to make excuses that the patients did not answer the phones and no one could want the assistant to make the phone call indefinitely (although no one contacted me). It is said that she has talked to me about this before and I take her energy and time unnecessarily, if the deadline next week does not suit me and I am not satisfied with it, I can find another doctor, there are plenty of them. Not only did I lose my time, but I was also very disappointed at how different the doctor's appearance was on television and in real life. I'm not one of the types of people who complain. I understand that there may be different situations in life where one cannot be where one is supposed to be, but as I once said, I was struck by an unprofessional approach and meaningless excuses. For this reason, I do not recommend visiting this workplace, other reviews have only confirmed me.
