★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Velmi neochotní. Když jsem tam přišel s tím, že scháním kolo pro manželku do 15 tisíc, tak prodavač odsekl, že za takovou cenu rozhodně nic nemají a dál se se mnou nebavil. V Berouně určitě doporučuji jiné a kvalitní cyklo obchody.
Very reluctant. When I came there with the fact that I would dry up a bike for my wife up to 15,000, the salesman retorted that at such a price certainly have nothing and continued to talk to me. In Beroun I certainly recommend other and quality bike shops.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dan Horák je skvělý odborník s velkou dávkou empatie k zákazníkovi. Umí výborně definovat potřeby zákaznika a poradit nejvhodnější řešení (neznamená nejdražší). Po rekonstrukci moc hezká atmosféra s vůní kávy.
Dan Horák is a great expert with a great deal of empathy for the customer. He can perfectly define the needs of the customer and advise on the most suitable solution (does not mean the most expensive). After the reconstruction, a very nice atmosphere with the smell of coffee.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Odborníci co rádi poradí nejen s nákupem. Fajn přístup, pohodová atmosféra, po rekonstrukci moc hezký interiér. Když by kolo mohlo mluvit, tak bude děkovat, že zrovna tady o něj s láskou pečují :-)
Experts who are happy to advise you not only on shopping. Nice approach, relaxed atmosphere, very nice interior after reconstruction. If the bike could talk, he would thank you for taking care of him right here :-)

s firmou dhCYCLING a panem Horákem. potřeboval jsem informace ke geometrii a velikosti rámu nového kola, odpovědi na moje maily byly okamžité, jasné a pro mě velmi cenné, firmu rozhodně doporučuji.
I have never been to the store, but I still have a very good experience
with dhCYCLING and Mr. Horák. I needed information on the geometry and frame size of the new bike, the answers to my emails were immediate, clear and very valuable to me, I definitely recommend the company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nechala jsem si vyměnit píchlou duši za novou, i přes mojí připomínku nikdo neodstranil střep (ani se ho nepokoušel najít, pouze jen tak aby se neřeklo), kvůli kterému jsem píchla za 40 km znovu. Při následné už druhé opravě jsem zjistila, že mi na trekové kolo pán dal silniční duši ... opravdu nedoporučuji, jinak personál milý, hezký obchod a moc hezký sortiment, cena taky ok, ale klidně bych zaplatila víc za pořádnou opravu.
I had my prickly soul exchanged for a new one, and despite my comment, no one removed the shard (nor did he try to find it, just so that it wasn't said), which made me prick again in 40 km. During the subsequent second repair, I found out that the master gave me a road soul for the trekking bike ... I really do not recommend, otherwise the staff nice, nice shop and very nice assortment, the price is also ok, but I would easily pay more for a proper repair.
