★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tragédie a zoufalost tahle firma, balíček Vám nedoručí a ani kontakt na kurýra Vám nedají, raději odešlou balíček zpět. Nedoporučuji využití pro přepravu. Neochota Vám pomoci i na telefonní lince.
The tragedy and desperation of this company will not deliver the package to you, nor will the courier contact you, they will send the package back. I do not recommend use for transportation. Unwillingness to help you on the telephone line.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Neochotný řidič mě opravdu zvedl ze židle. Nicméně vše se dá řešit v klidu a proto jsem si zásilku vyzvedla právě na tomto místě. Ten kdo mi ji vydával byl velice ochotný. Společně jsme si otevřeli a kontrolovali, zda je v pořádku. Byl moc milý, takže jsem nepříjemného řidiče smazala z hlavy, ale informovala o jeho chování.
The reluctant driver really lifted me out of his chair. However, everything can be solved calmly and therefore I picked up the shipment just here. The one who gave it to me was very helpful. Together we opened and checked that she was okay. He was very nice, so I deleted the annoying driver from his head, but reported his behavior.
