Nikomu nedoporučuju. Jak mezinárodní zásilka tak vnitrostátní. DHL the worst carrier I've ever experienced. Tracking doesn't work for me, it's almost impossible to call anywhere. Unlike DHL, Česká pošta is a top company. Appalling. I don't recommend it to anyone. Both international and domestic shipments.
O	Olena Kvasha on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Včera (19 dubna, kolem 15:30 hod) jsem chtěla poslat 1 zásilku do 0,5 kg (doklady) z Liberce (Jeronýmova) do Vídně (Rakousko). Pan mi dal cenu 2631 Kč. Na stránkách společnosti samozřejmě ne taková cena, a při osobním podání 1050 Kč. Pan na to mi odpověděl, že se jedná o cenu na servis pointu a že tato cena nezohledňuje daň, dopravu! a obálku. Ptala jsem se, no, kde si můžu poslat za 1050 Kč, odpověděl, že na Shell stanice nebo online, ale stejně cena bude údajně více než 1050, protože nezahrnuje daň. Pochopil jsem, že mě pán chtěl ošidit o peníze. Odmítla jsem to tam poslat a musela jsem cestovat s 2letým dítětem, tahat ho po městě, utrácet peníze za taxíka a s naprosto zničenou náladou balík nakonec poslat. Podala podnět o discriminace na Česku obchodní inspekce. Vypadá to, že se pan rozhodl využít mé nedokonalé znalosti českého jazyka. Ale umím stránky perfektně používat a perfektně vidím ceny. A ve výsledku byl balík odeslán v jiném místě za 1050 Kč, jak je uvedeno na webu společnosti.
