★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Doručení zásilky slibované do 4 dnů trvalo od objednání služby a vyzvednutí v Brně po doručení ve Švýcarsku neuvěřitelných 25dní. Neumím si představit, jak dlouho by to trvalo, kdybychom samotné DHL Freight nebombardovali každý den telefonáty ze strany odesílatele i adresáta. Pokud máte možnost výběru, rozhodně nedoporučujeme DHL.
Delivery of the promised shipment within 4 days took an incredible 25 days from ordering the service and picking it up in Brno to delivering it in Switzerland. I can't imagine how long it would have taken if we hadn't bombarded DHL Freight with phone calls from both the sender and the recipient every day. If you have a choice, we definitely do not recommend DHL.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Po zkušenostech s GEIS, Toptrans, Raben, apod., řekli jsme si že pro zákazníky budeme posílat přes DHL - dražší,kvalitnější a bude to snad dobře. Jenže, řádně zabalené palety, záhadným způsobem praskali uprostřed, pak se zjistilo, že ikdyž máme nalepené štítky na paletách - křehké, nic nepokládat, stejně řidiči pokládali další těžké palety na naše palety, tím pádem zakázkové zboží se muselo znovu vyrobit, ale co bylo největším šokem, nepřijímají reklamace, vyhorožuji právníky a dělaji všechno, kromě zlepšování služeb. Ostuda za takové služby brát šílené peníze. Po doložení kamerových záznamů, je to pro ně nedokazatelné, jelikož jediný argument "nebylo řádně zabaleno"... Takže reklamace mají poškozené zboží, + znovu výroba, doprava a toto několikát neuznáno a vše jsme museli platit ze svého pro spokojené zákazníky, jelikož samozřejmě že zákazník za toto všechno nemohl. Pro zájemce rádi pošleme fotografie například posledních 5 reklamací. Jdeme platit poslední fakturu a už nikdy víc nevyužijeme služby DHL v ČR.
After the experience with GEIS, Toptrans, Raben, etc., we said that we will send for customers via DHL - more expensive, better and maybe it will be good. But, properly packed pallets, mysteriously cracked in the middle, then it turned out that even though we have labels on the pallets - fragile, do not put anything, just as the drivers put other heavy pallets on our pallets, so the custom goods had to be remanufactured, but what was the biggest shock, they don't accept complaints, I expose lawyers and they do everything but improve services. Shame on such services to take crazy money. After documenting the camera recordings, it is unprovable for them, because the only argument "was not properly packaged" ... So the claims have damaged goods, + re-production, shipping and this several times unrecognized and we had to pay everything of our own for satisfied customers, because of course that the customer could not blame it all. For those interested, we will be happy to send photos of, for example, the last 5 complaints. We are going to pay the last invoice and we will never use DHL services in the Czech Republic again.
