Podruhé nás několik čekalo v 10:00, až se otevře. Cca v 10:10 to někdo nevydržel a volal vedoucí/mu na uvedený telefon a zjistilo se, že bude zpoždění a tak jsem to vzdal. Potřetí bylo otevřeno a bylo mi řečeno, že můj balíček nedorazil a je v depu, přestože jsem pak zjistil, že má status "doručen na výdejnu" (nebo tak nějak). Myslím, že jen nebyl nalezen. Zvažoval jsem tam tedy jít znovu, ale mezitím se status změnil na "zasláno zpět odesílateli". Druhou výzvu k odběru, resp. upomínku, ani info o tom, že byl poslán zpět, jsem nedostal, to jsem vše musel vyčíst na stránkách PPL, kde se dá zásilka sledovat. V minulosti (asi 3-4x) jsem však neměl problémy, ale tohle bylo trochu nezvládnuté. For the second time, several of us were waiting at 10:00 to open. At about 10:10 someone couldn't stand it and called the manager on the phone and it was found that there would be a delay, so I gave up. It was opened for the third time and I was told that my package had not arrived and was in the depot, although I then found out that it had the status "delivered to the dispenser" (or something like that). I don't think he was just found. So I considered going there again, but in the meantime the status had changed to "sent back to sender". The second invitation to take, resp. I did not receive a reminder or info that it was sent back, I had to read it all on the PPL website, where the shipment can be tracked. In the past (about 3-4 times), however, I had no problems, but this was a bit unmanageable.

Jednou jsem neměla krabici, ale pán přinesl nějakou zezadu a zásilku zalepil, slečna mi mezitím vytiskla štítek. Ačkoliv já jsem přišla s "nepřipravenou zásilkou", nic nebyl problém vyřídit a u toho dobrá nálada, děkuji moc! Always nice and professional staff, good opening hours. I didn't have a box once, but the gentleman brought some from behind and stuck the shipment, while the young lady printed a label for me. Although I came with an "unprepared shipment", there was nothing to handle and a good mood, thank you very much!
