B	Barbora Vacková on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dnešní návštěva byla opravdu tragická. Šla jsem na ostříhání na sucho, přišla pro mě slečna, které bylo evidentně kolem 16 let. Sedla jsem si a slečna mě poprosila, zda bych si na chvilku nestoupla. To jsem ale netušila, že budu stát celou dobu co mě stříhala! To jsem fakt nikde ještě neviděla, ale platící zákaznice STÁLA CELOU DOBU STŘÍHÁNÍ! Nicméně, slečna to ošmikala, měla jsem pouze konečky, žádné procedury. 300Kč. Jako vážně? 300 Kč za těch 5 minut co jsem ještě musela prostát? Další na řadě barvení obočí a řas. Paní byla milá, nicméně opět asi za 10 minut sundávala barvu (což je opravdu málo). Řasy se téměř nenabarvily a úprava obočí naprosto šílená, doma jsem si je musela ještě doupravit. Takovýhle přístup k zákazníkům je teda opravdu hrozný. Kvalita nulová, cena vysoká. Nedoporučuji. Today's visit was really tragic. I went for a dry haircut, a young lady came for me, who was obviously around 16 years old. I sat down and the young lady asked me if I would stand for a moment. But I had no idea that I would stand the whole time she cut me! I haven't really seen that anywhere yet, but the paying customer STANDED THE ENTIRE CUTTING TIME! However, Miss missed it, I only had tips, no procedures. 300CZK. Seriously? CZK 300 for the 5 minutes I still had to wait? Next in line is eyebrow and eyelash coloring. The lady was nice, but she took off the paint again in about 10 minutes (which is really not enough). The lashes were almost not colored and the eyebrows were completely insane, I still had to finish them at home. So this approach to customers is really terrible. Quality zero, price high. I do not recommend.

A měl jsem čest aby mě stříhala krásná mladá slečna jako před 4 měsíci. Až jsem z radostí jak si jí to krásně povedlo tam malém zapomněl vestu ? nemohu než říct že tam je úžasný personál co odvádí báječnou práci. Děkuju! Great satisfaction, I will visit again and gladly. Today I was at the DIANA I hairdresser's again after 2 months ... And I had the honor of being cut by a beautiful young lady like 4 months ago. When I forgot how beautiful it was for her little one, I forgot about the vest ? I can't help but say that there is an amazing staff who does a wonderful job. Thank you!
