★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tak jo, nepamatuji si, kdy naposledy jsem byla takhle spokojená s nějakou službou.
Krátká verze recenze: Za dva měsíce jsem zhubla 6 kg.
Dlouhá verze recenze: ....vezměme to popořadě. Krabičkovou dietu jsem se rozhodla využít ve chvíli, kdy jsem téměř rok a půl měla stále stejnou váhu (64,5kg) a ať jsem dělala, co jsem dělala, pod hranici 64 se ne a ne dostat. Přestala jsem už téměř jíst sacharidy, lpěla na bílkovinách a zelenině. Cvičila jsem 2-3x týdně. A váha stále stejná.
Dietfreshmenu mě velmi mile překvapilo. Každé jídlo mi vždy nesmírně chutnalo! Vlastně jsem se po celou dobu cítila jako v 5hvězdičkovém hotelu, olizovala jsem se až za ušima! Překvapilo mě, kolik sacharidů jsem během dne jedla. Porce byly tak akorát, několikrát se mi i stalo, že jsem nesnědla ani všechny krabičky. Dovoz byl vždy přesný v rozmezí asi 5 minut, naprosto skvělá domluva i ohledně toho, že jsem si jeden den nechala dovézt jídlo do práce a druhý den třeba domů. No a hlavně výsledky! Nikdy jsem si nemyslela, že budu opět vážit 58,5 kg. A hle, po dvou měsících jsem na této krásné váze a to jenom tím, že jsem si jedla královsky. A teď už nikdy nedopustím, aby šla zase nahoru. :)
All right, I don't remember the last time I was so happy with a service.
Short version of the review: I lost 6 kg in two months.
Long version of the review: .... let's take it in order. I decided to use the box diet at a time when I was still the same weight (64.5 kg) for almost a year and a half, and no matter what I did, I could not get below the limit of 64. I almost stopped eating carbohydrates, clinging to proteins and vegetables. I practiced 2-3 times a week. And the weight is still the same.
Dietfreshmenu surprised me very nicely. I always enjoyed every meal! In fact, I felt like I was in a 5-star hotel all the time, licking my ears! I was surprised at how many carbohydrates I ate during the day. The portions were just right, it happened to me several times that I didn't eat all the boxes. The import was always accurate within about 5 minutes, an absolutely great agreement also about the fact that one day I had food delivered to work and the next day, for example, home. And most importantly the results! I never thought I would weigh 58.5 kg again. And behold, after two months I am in this beautiful vase, and only because I have eaten royally. And now I'll never let her go up again. :)
