I had - and I'm no longer interested in fi products. Differente s.r.o. I literally grumbled about visiting the studio and providing technical support ... Mr. Supervisor had the last word. The only deadline was offered to me at 8.00 am or nothing. I tried to suggest alternatives ... nothing. There are enough alternatives, so why get upset (-:

From the company Differente, concretely Mr. Zaplatílka, I had to do resin coating in a new building in January 2018. area about 50m2, price around 100000CZK. Until the floor was finished, it was possible to make a reasonable agreement with Mr. Zaplatílek. Shortly after completion, however, there were many problems with the floor and at that moment there was a problem with Mr. Zaplatílek to call and arrange a complaint. The first three problems occurred within 2 weeks after finishing the floor. 1. I had the toilet bowl on the floor overnight. In the morning, I picked her up and a piece of the surface layer of the floor peeled off with her. Specifically, the surface protective layers, including the colored substrate. 2. I had a clothes rack in the shower room overnight. In the morning I shifted it and found one of the feet torn down the floor surface layer (about 2x2cm). 3. In the second bathroom in the shower, I left the soap on the floor. By morning, the soap of water had broken the surface paint so that it could be easily peeled off by hand. As a result, I was unable to use both shower enclosures and the whole family had to use the bath. I immediately complained about the defect. Mr. Zaplatílek arrived within a week, sharpened the places, painted with paint and left, saying that it must dry and that he will return within a week and apply a protective layer. P. I saw paying for more than two months. He stopped answering my phones, responding to SMS and emails. For three months the whole family used the bath. This November (2019) I picked up a washing machine in the upper bathroom. The surface layer (lacquer and paint) of the floor was peeled under the feet of the machine. How is it possible that a floor cannot withstand the burden of a conventional bathroom? Recently, a bottle of perfume spilled over her wife. Before she could wipe it off, the perfume had etched the surface and left visible stains on the floor. Water spilled on the floor and untreated leaves a white spot the next day (see appendix). The floor is one year old and has been repeatedly repaired. I made many repairs of the surface layer myself (I got a glass of material from Mr. Zaplatilek). Unfortunately, the defects also occur at already repaired places. Specifically, the tub peeling off the surface repeatedly. The floor does not withstand normal use: • Dropping the cutlery to the ground easily breaks through both the surface layer (lacquer), the paint and the underlying material. All three layers are so soft that they can be dented or scraped with a fingernail. • The furniture legs, even after being covered with felt, leave scratches on the floor. • Soap and water interfere with the floor coat. When used in the bathroom, this material should be water and soap resistant. • I even walked in the floor. Probably sweat on the feet disrupted the surface layer. One more remark. A good craftsman is recognized by the cleanliness of his work. This was brought to my attention by the master who supplied me with the wooden floor. He showed me how many hairs and whiskers from Mr. Platypill remained on the floor. He was also very annoyed that the transition between the wooden floor and the squeegee Mr. Zaplatilek did so that due to poor sticking paint leaked to the wooden floor. The color and appearance of the floor is nice. Unfortunately, the quality of work and material quality is absolutely inadequate. I do not recommend Differente flooring! I have already chosen better materials and I will have the floor remodeled within two years.

Delivery, resp. We carried out the implementation of the trowel for the office space of the graphic studio Najbrt in Prague 5 under the leadership of Mr. Zaplatílek already in 2013, but just from the distance of almost 9 years, it is nice to say that all work at that time was done according to our requirements (time, price, quality), but mainly that the floor serves without any complaints and also from an aesthetic point of view to our (building owners) and studio maximum satisfaction.
