P	PlayKec PK on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Proces nákupu byl v pořádku, ale řešit reklamaci/vrácení peněz je za trest. Ze začátku mě bylo odmítnuto vrácení peněz, i když jsem měl plný nárok. Po zdlouhavém procesu (déle jak 2 měsíce) mi peníze byly poslány na starý bankovní účet, ke kterému jsem už neměl přístup se slovy, že mi peníze poslali a že to nehodlají dále řešit (Opakovaně jsem je informoval o stavu mého účtu). Musel jsem potom zdlouhavě řešit se svoji starou bankou tuhle situaci, naštěstí jsem dostal peníze zpět. The purchase process was fine, but handling a complaint / refund is a punishment. At the beginning, I was refused a refund, even though I was fully entitled. After a lengthy process (more than 2 months) the money was sent to my old bank account, to which I no longer had access with the words that they sent me the money and that they do not intend to deal with it further (I repeatedly informed them about the status of my account). Then I had to deal with this situation with my old bank at length, fortunately I got my money back.

Nikde taktéž není napsáno že osobní odběr není možný z důvodu covidu :-D Objednávku za 14 tisic zrušena pokud vydělat nechtějí jejich boj. Communication horror and delivery times do not agree with reality at all. Reklamoval jsem vodotesnou kameru do 5m (Gopro) do ktere se dostala voda z duvodu vyrobni vady. Reklamace zamitnuta. No OK, ale to, ze se mi kamera vratila zpet bez baterky, coz byla jedinna jakz takz funkcni vec co z kamery zustala? Chapu, ze technik to zrejme zasmelil nekde na bazaru...Nevim jak jine znacky ktere prodavaji, ale doporucuji se jim durazne vyhnout!! The e-shop is absolutely tragic. They sell Gopro cameras from some strange distribution - if you buy it there, the Czech representation will reject you. I complained about a waterproof camera up to 5 m (Gopro) into which water got due to a manufacturing defect. Complaint rejected. Well, OK, but the fact that the camera came back to me without a flashlight, which was the only kind of functional thing left from the camera? I understand that the technician apparently made it somewhere in the bazaar ... I don't know what other brands they sell, but I strongly recommend that they avoid them !!
