★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pojistnou událost ve výši cca 4500 kč neplnili, po dodání podkladů cca další měsíc prodleva po které si řekli o další doklad(další měsíc atd..), po půl roce řešení upozornili na důvod proč nemohou plnit(špatně zkontrolovaný protokol od policie ale na skutku nic nemění - vykoplé dveře viník znám) protokol byl hned při začátku řešení pojistné události, mohl být tedy opraven do měsíce, rovněž ani následky vloupání nebyli odstraněny - mohl přijet technik od pojišťovny byl sem nespokojen s přístupem pojištovny a žádal jsem zpět celé pojistné - to se však nestalo místo toho mi přišel dne 11.03.2020 email že pojistné je zrušeno ke dni 05.02.2020 tudíž více jak měsíc zpětně, bez kterého jsem byl bez svého vědomí nepojištěn navíc mi za své mizerné služby nevrátily celou částku , za mě to jsou jednoznačně pojistný podvodníci.Recenze se týká pojišťovny Direct jako takové - bylo sjednáno přes E-pojištění....
Po uveřejní recenze se ozvala paní z Direct (pojišťovny? ), zaslal jsem emailem požadované informace a do dnešního dne 13.09.2020 žádná odezva ...asi covid....:-)
They did not fulfill the insured event in the amount of approx. CZK 4,500, after the delivery of the documents there was a delay of approx. nothing changes - I know the excavated door the culprit) the protocol was right at the beginning of the insurance event, so it could be repaired within a month, also the consequences of burglary were not removed - a technician could come from the insurance company was dissatisfied with the insurance company and I asked for the full premium however, it did not happen instead I received an email on 11.03.2020 that the premium is canceled on 05.02.2020, so more than a month back, without which I was uninsured without my knowledge, moreover, they did not return the full amount for their miserable services, for me they are clearly insurance fraudsters.The review concerns the insurance company Direct as such - it was arranged through E-insurance ....
After publishing the review, the lady from Direct (insurance company?) Called, I sent the required information by email and no response until today 13.09.2020 ... probably covid .... :-)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nejlevnější pojistka auta, všechno vpohodě dokud nevznikne pojistná událost, pak v tom začne být chaos a couvaj od pojistnýho plnění. To si radši připlatím jiné pojišťovny kde mám jistotu.
The cheapest car insurance, everything is fine until an insurance event occurs, then there will be chaos in it and back away from insurance benefits. I'd rather pay another insurance company where I'm sure.
