Nevím, jestli se za tu dobu na ČSSZ Kladno něco změnilo, ale moje zkušenost je striktně negativní - hlavně vinou jedné konkrétní úřednice, na kterou jsem měl "štěstí". Nepříjemná, arogantní, povýšená... Prostě tak nějak česká úřadová klasika...
I see mostly positive reviews here, but most of them are at least a few months old. I don't know if anything has changed at the CSSA Kladno during that time, but my experience is strictly negative - mainly due to one particular official, for whom I was "lucky". Unpleasant, arrogant, elevated ... Just like a Czech office classic ...
