★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Surprisingly international and delicious food in in a traditional Czech camp :) Desert was delicious, lamb knee too!! Only prices which are the same as in Prague are quite high.. when you pay 240 for lamb knee and have to pay extra 30 for 2 slices of sumava bread?! It should be included.. pricey place but tasty one :) hipsters in sumava ;)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Simply brilliant! I've been coming to the Czech Republic for over 15 years on holiday and i've always loved the traditional food here. But, to have something like this with French influences, located on such a place was a big surprise for me.
After seeing all the gorgeous meals on social media i had to eat here. And i can tell everyone that i was not disappointed, it was simply amazing. The flavours were awesome and the homemade drinks were stunning. The service was quick and friendly, they also speak really good English here. Definitely coming back here this holiday.
Also to our big suprise, there is a Dutch speaking cook in the kitchen, who helped us translate the menu. Talking about that 10/10 service again.
Divoký Bistro made my holiday, food wise, unforgettable. And i advice everyone to go there.

It's in the middle of nature and really relaxing. Please be prepared to pay in cash. If you didn't reserve a table like us, it is possible to sit on barstools overlooking the small lake.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was a huge surprise. To find excellent French cuisine in a place off the main road, on top of a mountain, away from any villages was a great pleasure. To see the building with an open covered patio, one would have no idea of what is to come, or served. We ordered the soup which was a pureed pea soup with goat cheese. One taste and you knew this dish should be served in a five star restaurant. After that experience, I completely changed my mind on what to order. My appetizer was Escargot in shell with a fresh made garlic butter served on a bowl of large sea salt. They brought out fresh bread with a creamed potato butter. The main course was Fruits de mer. This was spectacular, both in vision and taste. It was cooked perfectly and the portions were big. The fish was done correctly and the shellfish trio of shrimp, scampi and mussels were large and cooked perfectly. The Bouillabaisse is a food group unto itself. The best French meal I have ever eaten. Yes, it's off the beaten path, but I know that we will return again and again. The highlight was when the chef, Ian, greeted us after the meal. This man is a culinary genius.
