★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice store design. Nice products that they sell. Awful service. I specifically came to by a drone, but I had to help myself as staff was just looking for reasons not to assist me properly. It appeared that they cannot unbox a drone for you that you buy at their store. First, they said you have to wait at least 2 hours to get it read . Ok... I was ready to wait, but then they said unboxing is a paid service. All I wanted is to check if everything is in working condition since I was leaving Prague the next day. Well, it took me 45 min to do everything when I got back to the hotel. Service was very unprofessional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was wanted to see and feel the drones, they have all the products available to view & they speak English. The guys are very helpful, they test all of the product that come into the store so they will have most of the answers you might have.
