Прекрасный гид по Германии и Чехии - Лариса, современный веселеый гид с авторскими экскурсиями по Праге Татьяна - отдельное спасибо! С компанией ездим каждые полгода. Были почти по всей Чехии, по Германии не были только в Берлине. Планируем этим летом. Помогли маме с открытием визы. Последняя наша поездка была в декабре 2017 в Дрезден и Крумлов - сотрудница Кристина Бордиян УЖЕ БЫЛА УВОЛЕНА. Увидела отзывы некоторых - проверила их сайт - в сотрудниках она не значится. Теперь не поленилась и решила написать благодарность организаторам. Доехали с большим комфортом, ведь в автобусе было много свободных мест. Хотя изначально были опасения по поводу трудностей долгого пути. Хочется отметить профессионализм и заботу сопровождающей нас девочки- все четко и ясно. Изначально мы покупали так называемый "голый тур"- без экскурсий и решили сориентироваться на месте. Но в автобусе услышали столько занимательной информации, что решили сразу докупить Дрезден и необыкновенный чешский город, о котором слышали впервые- Крумлов! Обязательно всем рекомендуем- это просто средневековая сказка! Понравились гиды, за все это время узнали больше об истории Европы, чем за все школьные годы. I would like to note the professionalism and care of the girl accompanying us - everything is clear and clear. Initially, we bought the so-called "naked tour" - without excursions and decided to navigate on the spot. But on the bus they heard so much entertaining information that they decided to immediately buy Dresden and the extraordinary Czech city that they had heard about for the first time — Krumlov! Be sure to recommend it to everyone - it's just a medieval fairy tale! Guides liked it, during all this time they learned more about the history of Europe than during all school years. Хотим отметить одну из сотрудниц - Кристину Бордиян, которая сначала говорит - одно, потом другое, а делает третье. Ни в коем случае не советуем у данной компании что-то покупать или с ними связываться. Очень сильно надеемся что руководство примет, к сведению, указанную выше информацию и сделает какие-то попытки для улучшения работы своего персонала. К сожалению, из-за индивидуального случая с одним из менеджеров страдают все. It is strongly not recommended to contact this company. Always act as an intermediary and very often fail!
