★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 12.12. jsem se ptal pokladní/prodavačky zda mají gel na víry covid 19,a tam tvrdila na 100% že mají všechny i ten co jsem si koupil, bohužel jen antibakteriální a omezeně na víry. Bylo by mne milejší říct že neví jako řekli v Rossmannovi. Už tutu prodejnu nenavštivím! Bohužel nebyla ani milá.

Teď tam je opálena starší prodavačka které zřejmě vadí zákazníci i práce. Nepříjemná projevem, neochotná, s připomínkami ke všemu. Problém je zvlášť jelikož vystavené jsou jen papírové makety a zboží si má zákazník vyzvednout na pokladně, jelikož ho tady DM drží ve skladu, tak prodavačka musí dojít do skladu a proto se na mě podívala jako bych ji trestala a začala hudrovat. Navíc zákazník za to také muže , že ostatní zákazníci musí čekat než ona dojde do skladu. A to vytýkám jen část jejího nevhodného chování k zákazníkovi. Kdybych nespěchala, tak jí tam to zboží za tisíce nechám a odejdu. Bůh ví jestli s tím ve skladu neflákla o zem, nedivila bych se. Hrozné jednání.

The problem is especially since only paper models are on display and the customer has to pick up the goods at the box office, because DM keeps them in the warehouse here, so the saleswoman has to go to the warehouse and that's why she looked at me like I was punishing her and started pounding. In addition, the customer also thinks that other customers have to wait until she arrives at the warehouse. And I blame only part of her inappropriate behavior towards the customer. If I'm not in a hurry, I'll leave the goods there for thousands and leave. God knows if she didn't slam the ground in the warehouse, I wouldn't be surprised. Terrible behavior.
