Práce nebyla provedena kvalitně, po odevzdání práce dlažba i kachličky opatlané lepidlem a spáry vypadaly hrozně (zejména mezi podlahou a zdí, ale i jinde, kde prokukovalo lepidlo). Jedna kachlička prasklá a jiná použitá zmetková. I přes první zklamání jsem oceňovala, že se k tomu firma postavila čelem a snažila se chyby napravit. Ovšem po první výměně dlažby byla odštíplá dlaždice vedle. Při další výměně pak položena dlaždice viditelně poškrábaná. Do toho stále nedořešené spáry mezi podlahou a zdí a protékající sprchová zástěna. A pak i drolící se spáry u nově položení dlaždice. Napočtvrté a 5 měsíců od začátku rekonstrukce tedy stále nebylo hotovo. Nejhorší ovšem bylo, že během všech těchto oprav poškodili rošt podlahového topení a v koupelně tedy nebylo jak zatopit, což jsem samozřejmě zjistila až v říjnu. Firmu jsem kontaktovala, byli jsme domluvení na opravě, ovšem nakonec se to pan Hunčovský rozhodl vyřešit tak, že přestal brát telefony a reagovat. V 9.měsíci těhotenství už jsem neměla sílu jej nadále nahánět a celou situací se víc stresovat. Za mě velké zklamání jak z (ne)kvality odvedené práce, tak z absolutní nesolidnosti firmy. Unfortunately, a very bad experience with the reconstruction of the bathroom. The work was not done well, after submitting the work, the tiles and tiles provided with glue and the joints looked terrible (especially between the floor and the wall, but also elsewhere where the glue peeked out). One tile cracked and the other used scrap. Despite the first disappointment, I appreciated that the company took the lead and tried to correct the mistakes. However, after the first change of paving, the chipped tile was next door. During the next replacement, the tile is then visibly scratched. There are still unresolved joints between the floor and the wall and a flowing shower screen. And then the crumbling joints at the newly laid tile. Thus, for the fourth and 5 months since the start of the reconstruction, it was still not done. The worst thing, however, was that during all these repairs, they damaged the underfloor heating grate, so there was no way to flood the bathroom, which of course I found out in October. I contacted the company, we agreed on a repair, but in the end Mr. Hunčovský decided to solve it so that he stopped taking the phones and responding. In the 9th month of pregnancy, I no longer had the strength to continue chasing him and stressing the whole situation more. For me, a big disappointment both from the (un) quality of the work done and from the absolute indecision of the company.
