★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dobrý den, dnes jsem po telefonické konzultaci s centrálou v Praze dovezl do prodejny v Plzni nafukovací matraci k opravě. Bohužel jsem neměl paragon tak matraci slečna k opravě nepřijala. Naštvaně jsem se s vulgarismem na rtu odešel. Za prvé jsem nechtěl opravu zdarma a rád bych ji zaplatil, za druhé jsem zrovna polehával na ARO v IKEM když ji manželka na přelomu dubna a května 2016 kupovala což by asi nebyl problém dohledat pokud by byl zájem a za třetí 24.10.2016 jsme koupili další matraci. Obě platby byly cash a bez účasti VZP. S pozdravem a přáním úspěšného podnikání do budoucna Pavel Urblík
 Hello, today, after a telephone consultation with the headquarters in Prague, I brought an inflatable mattress to a store in Pilsen for repair. Unfortunately, I did not have a receipt, so the young lady did not accept the mattress for repair. I left angrily with vulgarism. Firstly, I didn't want the repair for free and I would like to pay for it, secondly, I was just lying at ARO in IKEM when my wife bought it at the turn of April and May 2016, which probably wouldn't be a problem to find out if there was interest, and thirdly we bought another mattress.
